Mum and Dad have just moved in there, into one of the suites for two which is nice. All the preparation and paperwork by the house was thorough and the salaried managers enthused about the place which was reassuring as in fact did all the staff who came to meet my parents. Even the resident chef popped up to welcome my parents. That sort of attention to detail is amazing.
Mum deteriorated badly in the month before the move and is now bed-ridden but the staff took it in their stride and come in every two hrs through the night to turn her. They are very gentle and thoughtful in the way they talk to her and work on her.
Very impressed and relieved.

My father was a resident at Harrier House for a relatively short period of time. At 97 he had lived independently until a fall and broken hip left him unable to cope any longer. I'm really writing to commend the care, compassion and love Dad received in his final days as his health deteriorated. He was looked after with dignity and kindness by staff members who clearly knew and loved him and whom he loved and trusted in return. I cannot express my gratitude and thanks adequately.

The most disgusting treatment of staff, discrimination and unlawful dismissal. They treat staff like slaves and the management is even worse and unprofessional. CQC have been notified of this horrible “company”.

Whilst my grandad has only just gone in for respite we can't thank the staff enough for swiftly sorting everything out for us and my grandad, Samantha was so lovely during his assessment and Martain was so kind to me on the phone whilst I was in a fluster trying to sort everything out they all do genuinely care, all the staff we have met so far have been very welcoming and I feel at ease knowing he's being well looked after

Dad was a resident here! What an absolutely wonderful home this is! Amazing staff, activities,and setting. This was his home, and a lovely home it was for him.
