I had a great experience at Harpal Labs, lovely staff and comprehensive service.

I had the cryo therapy following an intense couple of workout days - and felt the benefits immediately - muscles felt better, and I felt physically invigorated. I got a skincare consultation at the same time, which was thorough and included recommendations on diet etc as well as treatments.

Following that I went ahead with the RF microneedling - transformative! I was worried about the needles, but the numbing gel did a good job. Was able to go out the very next day.

The just opened Harpal Labs really is a gem and a unique experience in London for the bio hacker and health and wellness optimiser. It's easy to find across the street from St Pauls. The only place in London to CryoAction full-body cryotherapy. And a top of the line ClearLight infrared sauna. I've used their other services and location for years, Harpal Clinic and Harpal SkinCity. Harpal Labs had the same same great service.

Have been a client at Harpal Clinic for over 3 years now since August 2016. I was suffering with fatigue, poor focus, feelings of depression, and a total lack of enthusiasm towards physical activity. Upon my first consultation I was immediately put at ease and it confirmed that I was being looked after the most knowledgeable expert in the UK. My initial blood panel revealed hormonal abnormalities that could of led to serious issues if not resolved. Within 3 months of the individualised protocol prescribed, my blood work was within healthy optimal range and all the negative symptoms I suffered were gone. It’s now sept 2019 and my blood work, health, and body are at optimal levels and I’m feeling and looking physically better than ever. I’m soon to turn 44 but feel like I’m 24! Their new Harpal Lab near St. Paul’s with their cryotherapy room and infrared sauna have already been implemented into my weekly routine and my recovery and sleep have never been better. I highly recommend to ANYONE to use the expert services of Harpal Clinic and the new Harpal Lab

Great team, very helpful and the Dr is friendly and very knowledgeable. I've had a combination of iv drips and used the infra red sauna, leaves me feeling more energised and generally feeling well.
