Every time I visit my mother it has always been a very pleasant and positive experience.my mother's physical and mental health is to my knowledge attended to by a very committed group of people. When speaking to my mother her feelings to all the staff who attend to her every need are spoken of in the highest manner.This is also very obvious to my wife and I.

Very disappointing welcome. Arrived for pre-arranged viewing but was told they weren't expecting us. The duty sister was rather abrupt with my elderly mother, saying she was too busy to show us around. She went to walk off without seeing us out of the door - that is coded so we had no way of getting out. We had to ask for her to show us out. Very disappointing and my dad is certainly not going there!

Harbledown looked after our dad for 2 years. In all the time he was there he was looked after exceedingly well. The staff were always kind and friendly to all our family. Dad was very happy there.
