Had my first reflexology session with Lisa yesterday. Went primarily for pain relief. Lovely calming environment, Lisa was very welcoming and professional. Reflexology was really relaxing. I wasn’t sure what to expect and how effective it would be, but I am very happy to say I had a much better sleep last night and my pain has noticeably reduced. What can I say other than I feel like I am in heaven when having a massage done by hands on massage. I have been several times during my pregnancy and every time I’m there I wish the time would stop so the massage could last longer.
The room is so cosy and the treatments are amazing. I feel like I’m floating after every massage. Couldn’t recommend Lisa enough, she is absolutely brilliant and I can’t wait to go back soon.
