Still in shock at how rudely I was treated at this practice by NP Sarah Godsave. I needed an appointment anyway to discuss test results but was in a car accident the night before and hit my head. When I asked if she could check me over I was told “it’s not my issue.” She said I either had to go to A&E or make another appointment in 3 days time. So uncaring, and cannot believe the advice was to add further appointments to an already overloaded NHS system. No wonder it’s in trouble.

The woman at the reception was very warm and helped me in the most nice way. I got an appointment the next day and was treated very nicely and competent.

I've often heard people be rude to these wonderful people who do nothing but help & they are NOT there to be abused in any way they truly are professional & courteous & would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone

I was very pleasantly surprised to see the noticeboards which are now full of a wide variety of information about exercise classes, local groups and self help. It is nice to have the distraction while waiting for your appointment.

It was very refreshing to see the poster about Long Covid..As someone with Long Covid it made me feel like this condition is beginning to be more validated.
A really positive change.

Reception are friendly, medical staff are cheery and nonjudgmental. It never feels like I need to wait long to get an appointment and they're quick to answer the phone. I'm moving out of the catchment area and I'll be very sad to leave this GP behind!
