Hama Medical Centre

I have always had amazing service from this doctors. Both Dr Hama's were very kind and caring. The major plus with this doctors is you could book an appointment for a couple of weeks time which I think has now just been stopped. Understood every doctors now does this but it I cant think of anyone that has a positive experience with this system. For working parents it is a nightmare and not useful at all.

Amazing people iv been quiet ill for a while comforted me when my son died not once they made me that I matter and the the ladies behind the counter are exceptional lovly ladies make you feel there is people who care

Absolutely pointless carnt make an appointment unless you ring on the day at 730 carnt get through at 730 lines busy 83 attempts still didn't get through if you work and get text saying you need appointment or your prescription will be stopped then give me one or do I just roll a dice every day at 7.30 NHS becoming a joke no thought for people

Unable to give zero stars. Dear reader, During the time I was registered with the Hama Medical Centre I experienced a total lack of empathy, compassion and attentiveness from the G.P.s and reception staff on numerous occasions. This led to a marked downturn in both my physical and mental wellbeing, and because of his perfunctory attitude concerning my medical problems, I lost all confidence in Dr. Tariq Hama's ability and willingness to treat me. I became so concerned about this situation that I registered with another practice and the quality of service provided to me by my new doctor's practice has brought home to me just how inadequate the Hama Medical Centre is. If you are considering registering with Hama Medical Centre I would strongly advise you NOT to do so.

Usually such a positive experience. But today was completely shut down by the lady on the phone. Who put me straight on hold after asking my name which made me feel uncomfortable. Told me to go to walk in centre. Waste of time having a doctors if they re direct you to walk in centres

Easy access. Had to wait 20 mins for appointment supposed to be at 10:05 which was frustrating as I was on the clock....

I’ve been at this practice for almost 25 years and have always found the staff to be welcoming and friendly under the stress they must come under at times. The nurses are exceptional and have time for you. My latest needs to see nurse Emma was 5* as was kept up to date with follow up calls. Mr Hama has been very supportive in my loss and should I ask for a call back I’m never let down. All in all I’m very happy with the service this practice provides.

Really lovely staff, the receptionists are very friendly & patient. It was pretty easy to book all my appointments and the Dr I spoke with was very good, informative and friendly. Overall, a lovely GP (which you can’t find easily these days).
