Can't lie, I've always been a bit sceptical about Chiropractors, and now i feel so stupid! After an unfortunate event that left my back crippled with pain & numbness (and given a 15+month wait to see a spinal surgeon), I decided to give it a try. Duane has helped me so much I almost don't believe it myself. I started to really notice a difference after the 3rd session, and now after 11 sessions things are much improved. I'd also been suffering a pelvic issue for over 10yrs, but whatever it was, is now fixed, which blows my mind! I wish I'd saved myself 10yrs of agony, but we live and learn. I came in to Halsa for physio on my broken ankle, as I was healed enough to start the walking process. Samriti is just amazing. Within one session so much stiffness and swelling was gone. I was able to gain a lot of motion back in the ankle and come out of my boot. Booking a physio appointment has been so easy, and the reception staff are so friendly and helpful! I would recommend to anyone, and will use if I need physio for anything else in the future.

I had an amazing physio experience with Rupali as she helped to fix my shoulder! I was once riding my bike when a car door swung out at the last minute, leaving me to go flying in the air! I caused some major trauma to my shoulder and had to stop my circus training at the time. However, after just 3 sessions with Rupali, my pain was practically gone!! I would say I am now 90% healed after just 6 sessions and now we are just working on my shoulder flexibility and range of motion. I am so so happy with the results and I couldn't have asked for a better physio! She truly cares and knows what she's talking about! I started using Halsa in Maidenhead at the beginning of the year Duane was really thorough and professional when starting the consultation with me and in April when I went to him with pain in my neck, back and abdomen he managed to immediately stop the pain in my neck and back and inadvertently helped in localising my pain so I could seek diagnosis for a serious health issue. If I hadn't of made that visit to Halsa I may still be none the wiser to what was happening in my body. I'm incredibly fortunate for the care and expertise provided by Duane.

I have regular chiropractic and physio treatment at Halsa Maidenhead. Both Gemma and Rupali are lovely, treating both my long term back issues and more recent problems following a foot injury. They are always responsive to any changes in my condition, and I really enjoy the sessions. The reception staff are charming and welcoming, and there is ample free parking just behind the clinic.
