I opted for the bridal package in preparation for my big day. I was immediately met with with a warm welcome by Zaina who explained the processes to me and accommodated all my needs throughout the day. They even got me a cake to celebrate which was so sweet of them to do. I can wholeheartedly say that the treatment I received from Vivien was absolutely phenomenal, I almost fell asleep during the massage because of how relaxed I was. My skin has never been better after the treatment and the experience itself was like a retreat! A huge thank you to Ornela as well who provided me with a manicure and exceptional service. I would certainly recommend this package, you won’t regret it! Lovely treatments with an even better service, thank you Halo.

Couldn’t have had a better experience! The staff members were super accommodating with all our needs, especially Zainah, and they made our experience all the more enjoyable. We booked a back massage and the hideaway and will 1000% recommend this spa to our friends and family IRL, and will be coming back in the future! Thank you HALO for make our surprise bridal party a success ❤️❤️

I walked out of the spa feeling rejuvenated and relaxed with super soft skin head to toe. Usually I feel a little awkward being massaged because I’m not a fan of being touched, however Vivien was very sweet, professional and attentive. The massage and facial were 10/10! My face feels so smooth and I no longer have tension in my body from working long shifts. I can see why they are rated highly. I was bought this package which I am grateful for. I will most definitely return and recommend here for relaxation.

My sister bought a gift voucher for £200. They did not state on their website or email that you have to book within 6 months. When I went to book the lady on the phone told me it’s expired without even taking the reference number. When I explained my circumstances she still declined
Waste of money and awful service in my opinion. I’ve been to spa and wellness centres that have been so kind and accommodating. This was not it.

Vivien is a lovely masseuse, very professional, really good at massages, especially with the amount of knots I have in my back/shoulders! The place seems to always run on time and the kind staff are there to answer any questions I have💕💖💆🏻‍♀️🧖🏻‍♀️

I had booked a 9am appointment for two people on a Saturday and finished at 12:40pm. I got there a little earlier and was welcomed warmly by their staff, being offered a refreshing drink with a date. I had booked for a Mani + Pedi, but as the person I was with was running late, I got a pedi done first and it was a good experience.

I opted for the breathable nail polish and unfortunately it wasn't compatible with the design I initially wanted. Therefore, picking a new design took a while longer, which meant that I was not given the time needed for the design I had chosen.

They charge £10 extra for nail art, however it was done incredibly messy, not what I expected from a salon. I had to wait in between their other clients to have my nails finished. In the end, I was so upset with the outcome and waiting, I got rid of the polish myself, as there was no one there to attend me. I waited 20mins before I was able to pay and leave, as the staff were busy.

They offered to re-do my nails on another day when I told them how unhappy I was with the end result, but I didn't fancy waiting for over 2hrs to get my nails done again.

First and Last time visiting this store. Lovely staff, but a horrible experience.

Had such a great experience! Everyone working there was so lovely, the vibes were amazing. It really felt like a staycation, the hot tub and sauna was really good. I got a manicure done by Beth, she was very talented and kind, I love my nails!! I would definitely revisit and recommend to everyone. Vivian and Zaina were also very welcoming and made our experience very enjoyable.
