Staff are friendly enough but they squeeze patients in and don't leave enough time for what’s needed in appointments. My children weren’t given fluoride varnish at their check up. The wait time for appointments it’s way too long and the final straw was when my daughter had a baby tooth taken out due to an abscess which had also caused initial decay on the UR6 but the next available (not even convenient) filing slot was 3 months later which would have meant the 5 would have erupted and blocked access to the interdental aspect which needed filing. I ended up removing the children and now pay private for them as I think the care is actually detrimental to their tooth health even though I can’t really afford the private costs.

Just been to book an appointment, 4 receptionists all talking to each other whilst I am trying to arrange an appointments with their colleague.
No appointments for an extraction until August, terrible service and need this extraction for further Orthodonist work to be completed.
Looks like we are waiting till August

The service is great, but the only downside is, I can never get through to them on the phone, rang everyday this week and last week no answer! But on my visits to the dentist there is quite a few receptionists... I just rang again this past hour a few times, no answer again... Just aswell it's not an emergency. I'm going to try again in a minute, wish me luck

I needed emergency treatment on Christmas Eve Eve. They gave me an appointment that same morning. Reception staff were very friendly. I was seen on time. The dentist was very good and listened to everything I said very respectfully (not condescending at all, as some reviewers have said). I was diagnosed, the diagnosis was explained, I was treated and am now hoping I'll be able to eat some Christmas pudding without pain.

Would not recommend, easily the worse dentist my family have attended, especially the very confrontational, condescending younger dentist that left us all not wanting to go back for follow ups (surely this is the opposite effect that should be trying to be achieved). I moved myself, Husband and Sons to a new practice and we are much happier and have now 100% no problems. I could list all the issues we had but this really would make the review too long, I’m leaving this review because I wish someone had advised us not to visit this surgery, we travel out of area now but it definantly worth it!

Mr Askari has been brilliant, I have been suffering with sensitive teeth and he saw me on a number of occasions always friendly and professional. He identified the problem filled the side of my tooth with zero pain (rare!) and now it’s 100x better.
