An utterly fantastic clinic with the kindest, professional members of staff. We have been attending the clinic since February 2024 for alopecia. The laser treatment programme has been a magnificent, life changing experience with phenomenal results. I can not praise the team highly enough for all they do and continue to do. I underwent hair laser therapy at HLC Preston and am happy with the results after the full 6 months. Nearly all of my hair that was shedding from male pattern baldness has returned and will keep on growing back. Katherine and the team were friendly, gave me good advice and guided me through the process. It was a bit of a commitment, but it was worth it in the end. I couldn't really ask for much more.

The results that my son has experienced over his course of treatment so far has been really impressive. All his patches of alopecia have grown back bar one and this one is improving all the time. It’s definitely a treatment you must persevere with as results can take time but are absolutely worth it once they happen. Tracey and the whole team are so professional, knowledgable and genuinely care about the work they are doing and the difference it makes to peoples lives. I would, and have, 100 percent recommended the clinic for hair thinning, balding and alopecia issues .

5 Stars for Preston HLC Clinic

From start to finish, Tracy and the other members of staff have always provided an excellent service throughout my journey with HLC. Tracy, especially, has always been so friendly, professional and I feel she really has gone above and beyond to ensure I'm always happy with my treatment and results. She is one of the hardest working people I've met and it's been a true pleasure to be one of her clients.

I received laser treatment with HLC and ended up getting a hair transplant in a surgery in Manchester, all booked through HLC. The whole process has been smooth, easy and I really felt looked after and supported by HLC. I'm now just over three months post-transplant and I couldn't be any happier!

If anybody is thinking of using any services within HLC, particularly within the Preston clinic, then I couldn't recommend this enough!

I visited the Preston HLC clinic after suffering from trauma related hair loss. After my first consultation with Tracy I was confident that the team would be able to help me regain my hair and my confidence. The whole team are so knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trisha

I attended HLC Preston clinic after suffering with a hair loss condition called Telogen effluvium. My hair was constantly falling out, but Tracy assured me that a few months of laser therapy would sort out my problem. It did, and my hair stopped falling out, and I added some PRP, which also thickened my hair. The condition also improved dramatically. Thank you, HLC, for all you have done for my hair .
