I have been a patient for a few years and I have never felt more comfortable sitting in a dentist chair.
Yesterday I had a crown fitted and an old silver filling replaced with a white one. The whole team including the receptionists are very friendly, smiling and welcoming. It is a lovely warm, calming atmosphere at all times. This made a nervous person feel at ease.
Dr Michael Allen and his team Michelle and Riya are all very professional and attentative at all times and have made me smile with confidence again, my crown and filling look great. I can honestly state that I would thoroughly recommend their practice to anyone. Thank you

My 6 year old daughter was left with an abscess TWICE without being given anti-biotics. I was told by the dentist Michael Allen that I should have told him she had an abscess even though he examined her and saw her swollen face (photo attached) He referred her for a filling instead of removal which she clearly needed. So we waited 3 months on a waiting list to then have to start the whole process again which now means I have to pay for her treatment privately. My daughter has been in so much pain and has now had time off school when she didn't need to if she was given the right care. He was so rude to me in front of my daughter who is now terrified to go to another dentist. At one point him and another dental nurse laughed at me when I asked for advice about a filling or removal, I was so angry and have never been treated in such a way before by medical professionals. I have now left this dentist. I do not trust his referral so I went the next day to a different dentist who straight away put my daughter on a high dose of antibiotics and has said she needs 4 teeth removed. This is such a shame as when this dentists Mum and Dad were working here I was very happy. If you have children avoid this dentist he is very unprofessional and rude.

for there professional expertise that i experienced on my first appointment where I had to have injections for deep removal of a filling that needs to be replaced next week which I have no fear whatsoever going back

Left this dentist and signed with another today. The time I have been with them I have found Dr Allen to be arrogant and condescending. The last month I have also had a veneer come off three times!! No apologies, no explanations, he even tried to blame me for flossing it the first time it came off!!
Wouldn't recommend, especially if like me you suffer from anxiety.

I had an appointment with Dr Michael to have my teeth treated I can say this is by far the best dentist, all of the nurses are wonderful the team are so kind and helpful.I used to be scared of the dentist but now I feel like I'm visiting family here.

Wonderful calming and uplifting and comfortable treatment from Dr Allen... extremely professional and Client Centric , and I am beyond pleased with regaining my confidence, thank you, and all the staff, Clinical, receptionist etc are amazing. I never knew it was possible to look forward to going to a Dentist and Laughing in the Chair!!!
