I moved to this surgery because the care at my old practice deteriorated. I've not been disappointed, the staff are welcoming and friendly, I've received superb care, and face-to-face appointments have been the norm. Well done Hackness Road!

Disappointed with feedback on my pelvic x-ray results which showed abnormalities, was told it's wear and tear try physiotherapy the NHS physio just emailed me exercises to do .No mention of possible hip replacement or whatever, painkillers don't work, when I asked the doctor where do I go from here he just shrugged his shoulders, I was hoping he might book me an MRI scan but no so I booked a private MRI scan which is expensive as a pensioner but I needed to know what is causing my pain, result is two anllium tears and a bulging on my spine, why didn't the doctor send me for an MRI? I'm not happy still in pain. But hey ho this is our NHS ? The nurse and receptionist are brilliant but the rest is disappointing.

Blood sample - pain free, excellent as aways and less than 24 hrs after, no mark or bruise.

Arrived a little early for my appointment, was seen straight away by a very nice polite nurse.

Will you please fix your website!? As a GP it’s a pretty crucial bit of technology and it never works, it just crashes my phone and it’s impossible to do anything on it. Your website used to be fine, I don’t know why on earth you changed it as it’s never worked properly since! It’s purely hit and miss from one day to the next.

Never known anything like it. Moved from Spain, Took months to register me after they lost my registration, desperate for medication, provided them with my prescription, they lost it. Provided it again, wasn’t good enough they now need to hear from my doctor. Had to contact my doctor in Spain to contact the clinic, now they ask me to translate it! Still without my medication! And on appointment the dr could only be described as strange. Explained my symptoms and he sat staring blankly back in to my soul not saying a word, had to ask if he was ok and tell him he was making me feel extremely uncomfortable!!! A mess of a surgery needs bulldozing

In quite a lot of discomfort with my ear, apparently Nothing can be done need to go privately? I found the information given to me to be curt and unsympathetic. I've never had an issue before and have been with this practice for 35 years. Let's hope there is no infection behind the wax as I would be reluctant to call back.normaly everyone us so nice but not today

After informing the surgery I had moved out of their area. Was told I could not have my on going medical results for a month. This is with a doctor over the phone.Telephone staff were not pleasant at all. Were not concerned about results and myself worrying for the outcome .Would not recommend this practice .Gone downhill for sure.
