Fabulous beauty salon! All beauticians here are so professional and friendly. They all provide wonderful treatments. I always love a Spray tan from here. Love the waxing and eyebrow treatments too. Being located in the leisure centre means plenty free parking which is a bonus. I have been coming to H20 Beauty for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 ⭐️

I had a deeply unpleasant experience at this place recently, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. My visit was marred by the rude and impolite behaviour of the staff, specifically towards my 5-year-old daughter.

While we were there, she happened to be scratching a window glass film with a pre-existing damage out of curiosity, Something that any child might do. In a couple of seconds I saw that she was doing it, and I asked her to not do it and she stopped. However, at same time, instead of addressing the matter calmly and professionally, a staff member reprimanded her harshly and made both her and me feel unwelcome.

Their tone and manner were unnecessarily aggressive, leaving my daughter crying and upset and me utterly disappointed. A situation like this could have been handled with understanding and kindness, especially since children should feel safe and comfortable in public spaces.

I expected a family-friendly environment, but this was anything but. I hope this place considers better staff training in customer service and learns how to approach such situations constructively. I won’t be returning anytime soon and would not recommend this place to others.

I recently had my bikini wax done by Laura (95%) sure it was Laura, I am rubbish with names, sorry!

Anyways it was the best waxing experience I have ever had, she was calming, professional and friendly. I was as relaxed as you can be with that sort of waxing going on and it was honestly not even half as painful as I was expecting from my previous experience, somewhere else.

Very happy with the service provided and will be going back! I would definitely recommend, especially if you are someone who gets nervous, anxious or maybe going out your comfort zone for a treatment, you will be well looked after here.

I also wanted to add due to the H20 beauty centre being on the smaller side, the whole experience feels a lot calmer and private then other beauty places I have been too.
I personally find that other places can be full of women who can unintentionally make you feel uncomfortable, or in a whole I can feel intimidated by the experience, due to myself not being someone who treats myself that often and dosent find beauty places second nature.
So if you similar to me in that respect and want to actually enjoy the whole of your treatment H20 is perfect for you!

I was waiting to be seen (my appointment was already late), when my daughter ran her finger on the film on the front window. It happened that the lady who works at reception fought with my daughter in a harsh and stupid way. It turns out that the film was already damaged, it wasn't my daughter who damaged it. Anyone who works in commerce must understand and who wants to stay in it must understand that polite service is necessary. Nothing justifies yelling at a 5-year-old child who we had already talked to as parents.

Anna was amazing. She understood what was needed to make sure when I had my brows waxed, I didn’t walk out with them looking bright red! I’ve been to many places to get my brows tinted and waxed and have to say there’s no one that can do it the way Anna can. Thank you for making my brows look sooo good!

Had two treatments at H2o beauty and am very happy with both. Salon is tidy, Laura is always friendly and gives the best massages, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Highly recommend.
