Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Centre is clean. I was very happy with my treatment.
I was sent forms to complete before attending, which I thought was sensible - until I had to enter the same info onto forms on arrival. ( System duplication).
There is poor signage for centre outside and in. Without staff help I would have been lost.

This review is all about the lady that helped me yesterday regarding my appointment. Her name is Judith and she was totally knowledgeable, kind and patient. She put me at ease whilst remaining professional. Judith definitely deserves my 5 star review.

After waiting for about 6 months for an appointment to have a cortisone injection for arthritis in my ankles, I was told that they don't like giving then because they are not a long term fix. I told them that as I was 75 so it probably wasn't a problem as I would be dead soon. They said they would refer me to see if I could have inserts fitted in my shoes to help .so that would be another 6 months wait. And I was told that they might just refer me back to the muscolotal clinic WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME . At the most I sleep for 1 to 2 hours before giving up an getting out of bed to put more ibuprofen 10% cream on my ankles for the pain

Went here for an x-ray in the morning. Staff wasVery professional. Was quickly attended to and told to wait. Did not have to wait more than 10 minutes. Clean place, plenty of parking. The x-ray came back within a week to my general practitioner. Did not expect things to be that quick.

Came here for mum's MRI scan....she hated everything about it! Very noisy, loud "bangs ", had to press buzzer twice for it to stop. (Takes 20mins). They should tell you this, as very unsettling/frightening for an 85year old.! (Hospital ones have been fine).Just be aware if coming for one.

Always been seen quite quickly staff very helpful and friendly. The car park is normally full so allow extra time to park.
Just to note the secondary reception along to the left as you come in is normally closed now, so save your time and legs and report to main reception. as you go in.
