Very helpful and always willing to help, referrals are made if the GP cannot assist. Can always get an appointment if you ring first thing. Receptionists are lovely.

Straightforward systems to book appointments and order prescriptions. GPS always helpful and refer for specialist care when required. Reception staff always go above and beyond to help. If they get funding they could do with using better information signage and IT systems but this has not affected my experience of using them.

I have been with this surgery about 9 months. Yes it is difficult like every surgery at the moment to get through especially at the beginning of the week. But I have never yet had a bad experience. Everyone there has been so friendly and helpful. The treatment I have received especially from Amy Jeffrey is amazing. Well done guys you all work so hard.

I would like to praise the two members of staff on the reception team this morning - one who on her way into work saw me safely across the road as I'm very unsteady on my feet & after I'd finished my consultation the one who was on reception saw to it that I made it safely to my car -Also the young lady physiotherapist was so kind ,listened & advised me
So often these days you only hear the bad but I would like to thank you all for the time you took for me & the kindness you shothank you - Sarahp.s. the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that- for people with mobility issues the physio room was in the worst place it could be

Called greyfriars at 8.01 this morning to try and get an appointment as I have reason to believe I have got a chest infection due to a virus and was greeted by a message saying that there were more than 9 callers ahead of me! At 8.01! After waiting 20 minutes the call was cut off. You pay into the system all your working life and can't get an appointment or treatment, it's a joke!

Not possible to book an appoitment ! Calling from early morning at 8:00 and need to wait on phone no less that 1 hour ! After usually lady gonna tell you sorry we don't have any available appoitments left for today. With kidney infection, ear infection they just will send prescriptions for you nothing else. Even won't look at you.
