It’s always a great experience coming here, the reception staff are always super professional, friendly and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years now and would never go anywhere else. My dentist Neelum is awesome too, she always resolves my problems in the most cost effective way and is an honest and skilled dentist. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed. They don't answer the phone. After phoning, emailing and calling their Weston practice, finally got a voicemail saying they can't book any NHS appts even for registered patients. Sent to Pill, but only for emergencies.
I'd recommend they communicate to their registered NHS patients that they can't see them... and answer the phone!

I was with one surgery for 30+ years prior to coming here and what a massive difference.
The staff are much nicer, much more pleasant. Not rude and impatient like my last surgery. But my dentist Kieran is the best I've ever seen.
Usually when I have work done and need local anaesthetic it takes ages to take effect or I use to be in alot of pain when the treatment was being done. Kieran always seems to know exactly what to give, I've never been in pain during treatment and again he and his assistant are very friendly and helpful.
I don't know why I stayed with the same surgery for so long. Changing to here was the best decision I've made.

Today I had a filling, and a couple if months ago I had a check up. So many people out there say dentists are not seeing general check ups. Grendon Lodge has got there act together and our showing that it is possible to get things back on track, no panic, great service and always happy staff. Genuinely used to hate going to the dentist, but now no worries.
