The doctors and medical staff are fine. However, the appointment booking service is completely broken. When told to call on a particular date to see the doctor of my choice, I called at 8am. When my call was answered at 8:04, there were no appointments left for that doctor. I got no sensible reply when I asked how all the available appointments had gone so quickly. The practice manager, Caroline Maw will only engage with patients by email, which is ridiculous. I think she really doesn't care about the poor service this practice provides.

This new thing of booking online is HORRIBLE I have dyslexia and my Internet is rubbish so still have to ring and everytime the wait time is 30 mins to an hour then when you do get though you just get told to do it online it just comes across as lazy like they don't want to do the work even my mum who us old carnt do the online booking if it wasn't broken don't fix it worst thing they have done but I bet they haven't down sized the staff in reception since they don't answer the phone now then they shouldn't need them GO BACK TO HOW IT WAS

This is a added comment today rang to order my disabled wife's medication no answer for over a hour so stayed on the phone and went to the surgery to my shock reception just sat talking with each other noone answering the phone so I am making a complaint with the umbus man with all the proof because this surgery needs either sorting out or new management

An other update they have now told EVERYONE that you now CAN NOT ring up to order prescription it has to be done online so for the likes of my grandmother and mum that carnt get prescription not because they don't have Internet is this the worst thing they have done and only surgery to do it I would move to another doctors if I could but with me been disabled it's the closest to me I really hope they see sense and change it back to how it was before

I waited 7 weeks to see a particular doctor (the only good one) only for him to be absent the day of my appointment, the replacement dr hmm hmmm'd all over my talking then completely dismissed me. I have started choking and have been hospitalized with blocked airways, this doctor just said I was wasting her time and to.see the asthma nurse. I made an appointment with the asthma nurse who cancelled on the morning, I made another appointment(getting desperate now) she cancelled again. I just want a surgery that sees its patients and listens. The physiotherapist is another one that talks all over you, doesn't listen and as a result causes further damage.

Normally attend Walkergate, but was happy to attend here. Waited a week for appointment, which was fine as non urgent. No issues with reception. Dr Kallay was attentive, approachable and knowledgeable about the medication I'd come to discuss. A pleasant experience.

Incredibly difficult to telephone - calls take HOURS to be answered. They text me with a query and I can neither text back or or phone them. Easiest to drop in but no-one wants that during a Pandemic. No reasons given except "I'm sorry you've been kept waiting" to which MY response is "no you're not or you'd do something about it!"

Absolutely abysmal since they joined up with other surgeries, Main issue nobody ever answers the phone and when they do your on hold for 15-60 minutes or they just cut you off when answering, or like today after ive been trying to get through to them for FOUR days .... when someone finally answered Al I got was 'Hello greengates medical group... Hello, hello.... OH this phone systems buggered!' then hung up!! Now when ringing calls can't connect and just terminate with no ringing whatsoever, NEVER a problem before they branched out!
When you do finally get to speak to someone, especially Lincoln way surgery the staff are brilliant! Just go back to individual phones for each branch and save us all a tonne of hassle!
