If I could give this place a negative 10 review I would. This place is absolutely disgusting. The worst of the worst. My grandmother lives in a flat ran by Greensquare, she has mold, a leak and her shower runs cold. We’ve asked for a repair MONTHS and MONTHS ago. My grandmother is 84 years of age and deserves way better. We’ve called and emailed with no action to make anything better or have any repair. I’m over it.

My only experience of this company was one of their van drivers this morning, blocking a box junction trying to pull out in front of me and multiple drivers. using the horn and shouting at other road users then flashing their lights at me using the horn before speeding off down another road. It doesn't send a great message when the drivers don't know how to drive, how laws work or think that behaving in such a way with their company logo plastered all over the van is a good idea!

Takes forever to get repairs done. I have been trying to speak to a housing officer since 8th of January they say they aim to get back to you within 2 working days...its the 22nd now and still waiting it's appalling would be a different story if I owed them rent. If I could give zero stars I would.

The most inept, disgusting, lazy money grabbing housing association I've ever come across, if I could withhold my rent I would. My kitchen has literally been falling apart for over TWO years!! Although I've told them time and time again the cupboards have all broken there is no door to them, the drawers have no ends to then, the wood has warped and the counter top needs replacing they have done nothing. In fact one surveyor said it was 'good', to get out of repairing it, I'd hate to see what his kitchen is like!! I cant invite anyone around as I'm so ashamed and embarrassed!! Once again the poor are being punished for not being able to get on the property ladder and this is what they do, they make us feel we are less than and not worth anything and this is from people who claim to give us a fair deal, they are disgusting people who wouldn't know the word decency if it bit them on the bum!!

Absolutely shocking company, not interested in there tenants or keeping up there property's. Been waiting months for our front door to be fixed. They book appointments and never show up. Was better when Guinness trust owned our homes. We are currently seeking legal advice.

Greensquare Accord are a joke. Waiting for a manager to call back. waited over 3 weeks and still no call back from a manager. Its ok for your workmen to break my toilet seat. Not! I have called many times about this matter, and all i get is you have to wait, and wait, still no call. Yet see how quick they contact you, when you dont pay your rent!. When will a manager ever ring

This housing association is the biggest joke ever yet again waiting for someone to turn up ,supposed to be the first job of the day ,yeah right . Been with them 28 years they expect the rent to be paid yet they can’t be bothered to look after their tenants. 1 star is far far to good to rate them they are the worst

Agree with Marlene Rose (as we live on the same site).Property only 13 years old, but wooden garden verandah and steps out of action for nearly 2 years, flat window sills crumbling, and glass cleaning half done. Delboys who push prams over rear garden grass leave cuttings over the lawn - can't afford a box on the mower- and garden maintainance onto street a disgrace.
