I have been treated by Nirmal and Davinder for over 3 years. They were able to treat me in a very effective way in different occasions, giving me the right treatment and the right advices and solutions in every single situation ( I also took my 11 year old son to them). I couldn't find anything better because, in addition to being very prepared, they are also very caring and they work with great passion, putting their heart into what they do. I highly recommend them.

I had an accident which left me with ligament damage to my left foot. There was very little movement in my foot. Davinder assessed and started me off with accupunture follwed by movement and recovery exercises. I learnt a lot from him as I was having symptoms as my body was reacting to stress. Davinder helped me psychologically and his many years of experience was a great contribution

I have been a patient of Mr Davinder Sohal’s for over 5 years now. He really helped turn my life around as I suffer from chronic pain of the neck and shoulder. I am now able to manage my pain on a day to day basis with the guidance and help of Mr Sohal. He encouraged techniques of mindfulness and gave me the tools in life to get better. I now see him for acupuncture/osteopathy sessions as and when I need to. I am forever grateful for his guidance and support.

Excellent deep tissue massages that provide relief at the end of each session. In addition, useful exercise tips and advice to help affected areas.

Having suffered with ongoing back problems for years and visited different doctors and chiropractors, I can honestly say that Davinder has been by far the best in treating any issues I have had.

Unlike many other practitioners, he really listens to you as a patient and understands how to work around any pain issues you may be having instead of trying to force a "one size fits all" approach that you find elsewhere.

Not only has he helped provide some excellent relief for my back and neck issues, he also helps you to think in greater depth about your overall health and fitness, encouraging you to take responsibility for preventing further issues.

Davinder is first a great Human being and than a professional physiotherapist.
He will explain you what he's going to do and why you will require that particular treatment.
He also has excellent Mindfulness skills and he's not just fixing my shoulder but he's helping me with my overthinking and mind confusion.
Simply just being in his studio I feel like being in better einvinronment.
