I can't get a appointment for my sore leg and buttock.
I can't walk properly and can't sleep properly.
I call them yesterday, they told me a nurse will contact me tomorrow.
Today I call again around 9.15 am I'm got put on a waiting list.
While I'm on the waiting list the nurse did call me around 9.36 am however because I call them first, nurse couldn't contact me.
When I finally got through the waiting list , I told the receptionist that my condition got worse.

Now I felt that I'm being punished for being impatient.
It's been over two hours since the last phone call.
Update: it's 4 o'clock now they still haven't call back.
Update part 2: they still haven't called back. Around 5 pm I call the GP again, receptionist said the nurse will contact me tomorrow morning.

Got nothing but cheek from the lovely lady on the phone when I phoned to order my prescription over the phone as the prescription line is a joke and it never goes threw so have to wait even longer absolute joke of a place they want put on a customer service course !!

Absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs if possible. Left me waiting on a phone call appointment to diagnose me with something for 3 weeks. Took my painkillers and anti inflammatory off me for my back now have me in agony fighting to get them at all off them. I'd give them 0 stars if it is possible.
