I had such a lovely experience here. I booked a Chakra cleansing one to one sound bath and an Indian head massage and honestly didn’t realise how much I needed it until afterward. The massage was so relaxing and the sound bath helped me switch off completely — I genuinely feel lighter and like my energy is flowing again. My whole body feels calmer and my mind clearer. Highly recommend if you need to reset and take a proper break. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited Tara recently for a chakra cleansing session. It is similar to the sound baths only much more personal and intense. I had 3 blocked chakras which after the session were completely unblocked and I was shown this as Tara used the pendulum over them, it spun around much quicker in a much bigger circle. During this session Tara placed some of the instruments around my head and over my torso giving a heightened vibration throughout my body and a feeling of cleansing from the inside out . It's like nothing I have ever experienced before but in a good way. I left feeling rejuvenated, content and at peace. However the next day I woke in a lot of pain my muscles ached and my bones hurt I also developed a severe headache . I contacted Tara and she explained that sometimes when chakras are unblocked and so much negative energy is released it can result in physical pain, a cathartic reaction. This made perfect sense to me as 8 years ago I lost my son to lung cancer aged 29 and since then I have been living with a lot of guilt and grief. This discomfort lasted 3 days but once it passed I felt re-energised and at peace . 5 days later I visited Tara again for a full body massage and facial, she was very empathetic and said that my experience made perfect sense and it isn't uncommon considering what I had been through. The massage and facial was a nice way to complete my healing process and Tara said my muscles were very supple and my skin was soft. My chakras were also still unblocked and
the facial had really improved the rosacea on my cheeks and my skin has never felt so clean and clear. Another wonderful experience from this lady that really has healing powers. I cannot recommend her enough, I have experienced many of Tara's different techniques and she has delivered a wonderful experience every time. Tara's sound baths are so relaxing and a good way to unwind and recharge your batteries.
Tara is very good at making you feel comfortable and at ease, she provides a welcoming atmosphere with lights , insence , soft blow up beds, eye masks and music. The instruments she uses sound beautiful and help with the process to calm and relax you. She is very thoughtful and gives each person an individual experience just as she would like to experience one herself.
All these things combine to give everyone an hour plus of pure indulgence really. So just lay down close your eyes and enjoy the time I would highly recommend it.

I have been to many sound baths and attended my first with Tara at the weekend. Tara is really lovely and warm and creates a beautiful atmosphere. Having an airbed to lie on was wonderfully luxurious and really enhanced the experience. Nothing was rushed and Tara had a huge variety of instruments. It was really special and I’m so looking forward to my next sound bath with Tara.

My sister and I recently attended a sound bath session led by Tara, and it was truly an incredible experience, especially with her wedding just around the corner. From the moment we stepped in, Tara made us feel welcomed and at ease. She has such a warm and calming presence, which set the tone for the entire session. The space she created was serene and soothing, allowing us to fully relax and let go of the stresses of wedding planning.

The sound bath itself was beyond amazing – the combination of different instruments, including the crystal bowls and gongs, produced deep, resonating tones that really helped us both reach a state of calm and mindfulness. Each sound seemed to wash over us, helping to clear our minds and ease any tension we were carrying. By the end, we both felt so rejuvenated, grounded, and at peace.

It was a much-needed experience for both of us, offering a chance to reconnect with ourselves and each other amidst the busyness of life. I can’t recommend Tara’s sound bath sessions enough, especially if you're looking for a moment to pause, reflect, and relax. It was the perfect pre-wedding escape and something we'll definitely do again!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went to Tara for chakra cleansing but I can honestly say I found it so relaxing and just had like a sense of calmness afterwards it is difficult to describe but I can thoroughly recommend. Tara explained all about the chakras and their meanings and I could definitely relate to a lot of what she was saying. The environment in which she works is lovely, clean and calm and it was just a thoroughly amazing experience. Ten out of ten 😀

Lovely surroundings, atmosphere and host who explained the process and other useful information to take on board.

I personally found it very calming and relaxing at the time, but was also more energized later in the day sleeping more soundly that night.

I have attended 3 of Tara's sound baths over the last year. The sessions are brilliant, so restful. The venue is not overcrowded with a maximum of 8 participants which makes the experience personal and allows Tara time and space to position certain instruments over your body. Although the sound bath is an hour , Tara spends time before it begins to explain the process and time afterwards to go through what had taken place . There is never a rush. Thank you Tara , the experience was very relaxing
