0 Star should be an option.
My other half booked in for a telephone appointment, waited 2 hours after the set time and then called back. She was told it should have been a face to face appointment, and apologised that they got it wrong.
Next appointment available is over 48 hours away, and it’s potentially denied someone else the chance of getting a face to face appointment who needs it.
Not good enough, and letting people down yet again.
Can’t wait to move house to find a better GP

Called to book an appointment to get my contraceptive implant replaced and managed to get an appointment in the morning with Dr Bollu. She explained everything in details and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I was very pleased with the service received.

Great improvement over the last few months/years. Reception staff are much more helpful. Much easier now to talk to a doctor over the phone or see one in person if required. The app is also very helpful to communicate with the surgery and to access medical records/history. Ordering repeat prescriptions also very easy using the app

Receptionist very helpful as I couldn't get NHS app on my phone and running out of meds . She had the doctor ring me within an hour and send a prescription to the chemist for me. Thank you to the lady with the ink.

Phoned Monday and got a 9.20 am appointment.Surgery was very busy but did not have to wait too long to see doctor.

Not happy about seeing different doctors every time I visit.
28/10/2024- this morning made an appointment to see the doctor to discuss my osteoarthritis and agonising pain in my leg. Receptionist made an appointment for 2pm with Lucy the phsyio who wasn’t even in. I ask for GP not physio. Disgusting. Very disappointed.
