Completely Incompetent – Avoid This Surgery.. This is by far the worst GP surgery I've ever dealt with. They show no care or concern for patients, and the staff responsible for handling important documents are utterly incompetent. I filled out the registration forms for my children, yet they were never actually registered—a critical failure on the part of the surgery.

Trying to get an appointment is another nightmare. You're forced to call on the day, and by the time you get through, there are usually no appointments left. The only advice you’re given is to call again tomorrow, which is completely unhelpful when you have a sick child.

Because of this useless and unreliable system, I’ve had to take my children to A&E multiple times, simply because we couldn't see a GP when we needed to. This is not only frustrating but unacceptable from a medical centre.

Their overall service is chaotic, uncaring, and completely unprofessional. For the sake of your family’s health, DO NOT register here.

I can't give less than 1 star, but this place is a shame. I haven't been able to see my doctor for 3 months. Trying to make an appointment for a daughter or son to see a doctor, I keep hearing (there is no place) my son ended up in the hospital because of their incompetence and lack of competence and almost lost his hearing in 1 ear. The staff is useless and uneducated, and the system of making appointments is an absolute farce. I'm still waiting for three callbacks that didn't take place. whoever does this operation should hang their heads in shame

Have only good experiences here. Heard so much bad feedback but for me its just perfect. These guys will take care of you as long you listen and follow their treatment

I made an appointment online at the suggestion of the receptionist because she couldn't allocate any more. Got an appointment the same day with a fantastic, sympathetic and reassuring doctor. Problem hopefully solved but a second appt made by the doctor to make sure. Top service!!

Rang in the afternoon to see if I could get an appointment (gave up trying to call in the morning along time ago " you are number 52 in the queue..." ) got told a doctor would ring me back, he did so within 20 mins, told me to come in, saw me straight away! Its normally difficult to get an appointment and things running late but on this occasion it was beyond first class. Just goes to show they will do what they can, when they can, they are just incredibly busy - be patient if they can't help, go to the 'walk in' (urgent care centre) on Cottingham road.

I cannot give less than 1 star but this place is a disgrace. I haven't been able to see my Doctor since before COVID. The staff are unhelpful and uneducated. The repeat prescriptions are rarely completed in time for me to pick up and the appointment system is an absolute farce. I'm still waiting for three callbacks which haven't happened, the last one is now 14 days overdue. There's no options to complain about the system and whoever is running this surgery should hang their head in shame

From speaking to the lovely friendly receptionists to having an appointment or speaking with a doctor or the brilliant paramedic I seen it’s second to none the treatment I have had has been absolutely fantastic 🙌

It’s taken me 2 hours approximately for a telephone consultation booking which was meant to be for 3pm on the 27th of august 2024.

The call came in at 14:50 I called it straight back as my phone never recognise the doctors number thinking it was spam. So I called it straight back the receptionist answered the phone I responded by telling her that I’ve just missed a call by seconds. She said that my appointment was cancelled due to me not being available I responded by saying it’s not even 2 minute has passed. She then said that there’s nothing she could do I asked for her name and she said I’m not telling you my name.
I found her unprofessional rude and aggressive I responded by letting her know that I’ve high blood pressure and collestral. And that I’m a HGV driver and she has just caused me alarm and distress and I’ve got to make my way back from hedge end which was over a hundred miles. I had to prompt her to send a email to the doctor to call me back as the medication has given myself side effects.

I normally find that the staff really try but this particular young lady is definitely the weak link in the team. I had my phone line clear from 1pm and my appointment text message said due for my appointment at 3pm. However I was called at 14:50 only to hear the receptionist tell me that I’m late and it’s cancelled. Really disappointed with the service and never being able to get an appointment when I need one.
