Currently up to 30 hours, waiting for a call back.
No idea if I am going to be paid as I have no Sick Note.
Do not expect this experience to be any better than previous ones:
Legs go numb back starts hurting and I can't walk any further...
I have mailed you exercises for your back, take paracetamol and walk through the pain.

You have a chest infection. Do you smoke?
Yes
Go home and get better on your own.

Can I have some cream for my psoriasis, I normally do not treat it but it has flared up and is causing me a lot of discomfort.

Here try this antibacterial cream :/

Never able to get appointment, never able to see a Doctor.

If they are paid for the number of patients they have on their books, then they are paid a load of money for doing nothing.

Particularly bad dealing with repeat prescriptions.

Needed my asthma inhaler as I was nearly out so put in a prescription and went to the pharmacy 1 week later (nothing there) went into the surgery and they said they can’t issue a prescription because I needed an asthma check first which they couldn’t do for 2 weeks. I told them I was out of my ventolin and couldn’t make it back to the surgery as I was house sitting in a different area so really needed an inhaler. Receptionist said there was nothing that could be done. I said to the receptionist “I suppose I’ll just have to have an asthma attack if I need my inhaler then” she said “YES, I GUESS SO” and walked off. Unbelievable! A friend ended up giving me their spare inhaler.

I then requested a repeat prescription 2 weeks before going on holiday for a different medication the doctor said I cannot stop taking without speaking with him first as there could be potentially severe side effects. I get to the pharmacy on the morning of my holiday, nothing there! I was told I put the request in too early. They told me to fill in a form and I might be able to get an emergency prescription sorted. Ended up running out of time and had to leave for the airport. I now have the task of trying to get the medication I need from a pharmacy in Spain!

Why is it so hard!!

I need to add that I work 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday ) and am not in the area between 7:30am & 7:30pm so it’s particularly hard for me to get to the surgery or pharmacy (which I’ve told them on several occasions).
It really is disgusting how difficult they make it for me to get my medication. Thank god I’m moving out of the area soon and won’t be dealing with the surgery again.

I had no option but to register at this surgery and it has been a nightmare . Firstly I’m told my prescription was ready for me to collect. and it wasn’t.
They then told me they would send it to a chemist for me to collect my items. The receptionist gave me the name of the chemist I had to collect my meds from.
Off I go as instructed to the said chemist only to find out they had nothing for me. My meds were eventually found at a chemist which was opposite to the one I went to.
When I collect my meds, surprise surprise , the order was not complete. Absolutely unbelievable!

For new issues, the E-consult system is excellent. A call back from the team is usually same day. They discuss your problem and arrange an appointment with either a doctor or a medically qualified person, within a day or two. For chronic ailments, I never have a problem getting an appointment to review, e.g. annual blood pressure and cholesterol. I think all the staff do a great job, not just for me but all members of my family.

If no stars was an option that's what I'd give, online booking request is a joke, you request an appointment and get no call back so then have to spend upwards of an hour on hold calling them to see if you can be seen. Ive had an undiagnosed illness causing pain and affecting day to life such as going to work for 2 years, no diagnosis, no help, nothing to ease pain or at least make it bit more bearable, I've had to request tests from the GP and pretty much narrow down the issue through my own research. I'd make a better GP than the doctors there! Absolute joke

Since setting up their online Klinik appointments earlier this year we've found the service to be so much better. The system of triaging appointment requests means urgent/important requests get a response very quickly while others less urgent/more routine can wait a few days. As ever, the doctors and other staff at the surgery are very good while working under increasing pressure from more and more local new builds creating more and more demands for medical services.

I am utterly disgusted by Grayhill Surgery, nothing good can ever be said about this place.
Too much trouble to perform the task of taking blood which could have been sent for analysis but instead someone told my disabled father to "make his way to the Gwent" and he sat in a wheelchair for over 72 hrs at the medical assessment unit.

For those who have criticised people who have given the surgery a "bad review" and "should walk in their shoes" should shut the hell up! My father died! And has paid the ultimate price for the incompetence, negligence and misconduct.
Medical examiner's office and the board of health have both been informed and are currently investigating. Someone is going to be held accountable for this mark my words, whoever it was who turned my poor old dad away for seeking help you are utter b-----ds!
