Brilliant service. I've needed to use the surgery twice recently, both times I've been efficiently added to a triage list by the Reception, called within an hour and seen by a nurse within 2 hours! Treatment and advice at the surgery has been excellent too; I really cant fault it. Many thanks!

The dispensary are always so helpful. When asked if I have enough medication to last the weekend and explaining that I don’t they will go out of their way to ensure my prescription is ready for collection last thing on a Friday. I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you

Never had fault with this surgery!! They are all amazing there! Just had to call to book some appointments and I spoke with Lottie she was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with, also very positive attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this surgery more! 🙂

What an amazing experience finding this surgery when we moved to the area. The surgery is like a step back in time, you can get appointments, there are fantastic staff from reception to the doctors. We are so lucky to have such a brilliant surgery in the village.

This surgery is a joy to use with human beings answering the phone and medical professionals you can actually talk to at relatively short notice.
The Friends of Gratton Surgery meeting last night was the first of its kind for me with active feedback being welcomed. Amazing!!!

I have to say that I am surprised by the positive reviews. That said, the doctors are excellent, as they are in most surgeries. But the reception staff are dreadful - rude, officious and act as though you should be grateful to be there. I have seen them belittle patients on so many occasions while waiting. And the dispensary system is ridiculously outdated and unhelpful - although I imagine that they think it 'efficient.'

Just been in with my daughter to try & get her registered, my daughter tried to explain to the receptionist she is 31 weeks pregnant and need to be referred to hospital as she has to have 2 scans a week she is high risk pregnancy! Receptionist didnt seem to care !and said one problem at a time rude, ignorant no patient care, music to loud couldn't here her speak!.
