I recently had my first experience having colon hydrotherapy and intolerance testing at Gratitude Health Clinic and I couldn't be more pleased. Sophie was absolutely amazing—she was so calm and provided me with so much useful information which made the entire process feel smooth and comfortable. She took the time to explain each step, ensuring I felt at ease throughout the treatments.

The results have been incredible. I felt significantly less bloated and noticed a such a big increase in my energy levels almost immediately. Overall, I feel much healthier and more vibrant. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone considering it. Sophie truly made it an amazing experience. Thank you!

Highly recommend to book an appointment if you are struggling with your gut!!! I was really nervous and thought it would be an awkward experience but this was not the case whatsoever, Sophie is amazing at making you feel comfortable and at ease. Everything was explained in depth and I was given personalised advice to suit my lifestyle. I can feel amazing benefits already after my first visit and feel like I’m glowing! Cleanliness is also a big anxiety trigger for me when going for any kind of treatments and I noticed straight away how everything at the clinic was at the highest standard. I only wish I’d started my healthy gut journey with Sophie sooner ?

Sophie is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and amazing at what she does. I was very quickly put at ease and made to comfortable during my first treatment as I was quite nervous, not knowing what to expect. I’ve always struggled with my digestive system so i decided to take a more holistic route, and I’m so glad I did! Sophie was amazing, she instantly made me feel more at ease and made sure I wad comfortable throughout my whole treatment. Sophie was able to advise me on ways I could support the treatment and see the best results. I cannot recommend Sophie and the Gratitude health clinic enough. Sophie is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, yet perfectly able to put you at ease with her warm and welcoming demeanour.
There is nothing she is not able to explain to you in terms of gut health and the processes involved within the treatment and afterwards.
The clinic is also spotless and beautifully decorated.
I would 100% recommend Gratitude health clinic and will be returning regularly.

Sophie runs a beautiful modern clinic which is spotless . Sophie is very welcoming and pleasant and she conducts herself in a professional way making her clients feel calm and relaxed . Sophie made our first trip to her clinic very comfortable . She is very thorough in her explanations about the treatment and process . Sophie continued to support us and reassure us Before , during and after treatment . She is very attentive, making sure we were comfortable and happy at all times throughout the treatment process . During both appointments at Gratitude health clinic Sophie was great, she made me feel at ease and answered any questions I asked. I have felt many benefits from seeing Sophie & will be booking in soon! The aftercare & check ins from Sophie also really helped with any further questions & again showed care and compassion.
