Grangewood Surgery

I would recommend Grangewood Surgery. The doctors are all very professional, helpful, and empathetic. The nurses show empathy. The receptionists are good and do their best to help you with anything that you need help with to do with the surgery and your health. The surgery and the toilets are always very clean thanks to the cleaner who is very meticulous and a very friendly lady who will always speak to you when she sees you.

Never have a single complaint about this practice- it’s wonderful.
They’re always able to offer me a quick appointment if I need one on the day, and all of the staff are lovely. Special compliments to the wonderful nurse who’s taken my blood a couple of times in the most competent and calming way from a usual passer outer at blood tests. Always bragging about my doctors when everyone complains about theirs! Thanks everyone! Keep up the good work!

Overall? Not good. A call that eventually took seconds had me originally 1st in the queue about a repeat prescription waiting 11+minutes before being answered. That's far too long in my opinion

Joined the surgery a few months ago. I was reluctant to change but needed to for my sons referral and I'm so pleased I did.
Reception team are lovely. The Dr's and nurses are all so lovely.
So helpful! Would definitely recommend

Always busy but the staff are very helpful one of the few doctors within a10 mile area which are helpful to make you an appointment to see a doctor or nurse that day..... This is from our experience.......

Cant believe some of the bad reviews about this surgery. Clearly from people who cant wait in the queue and think the world only turns for them. The doctors, nurses, management and admin staff do an amazing job running this surgery. They are all superb at their jobs! I have been attending this surgery for 28 years and have been well attended to. My daughter was admitted to hospital recently and every member of staff there, waited back and went above and beyond their duty of care until the ambulance team arrived. I even had follow up calls from the nurses when she finally got discharged. These are the things that are truly important!

Have been with the surgery for several years. Can't fault any aspect of the services offered. From the receptionist to the doctors and the nurses have never had anything but excellent support and fantastic understanding. From initial visit with any issue both myself and my family have received continuity of care and this has not faltered through covid. Lovely people. Would highly recommend.
