One of the best GP of London. Specially Jackey from the reception always giving an outstanding service. She is very helpful. Dr. Hussain is amaizing. He took a good amount of time to examine my problem and gave very good advise. He is very friendly.

I was genuinely impressed with the exceptional service I received during my last two visits. My wife had an appointment with Dr. Ali, and I was seen by Ms. Ranya Larhlimi, the Physician Associate. Both were outstanding in their approach, listening carefully to our concerns and making sure we felt heard and understood. The attention to detail and professionalism from both was remarkable. While my previous experiences with this GP were less than ideal, these recent visits have truly been a positive turnaround. Keep up the great work!

So far I’ve just had great experience with this GP except the slight difficulty to get an appointment. Even that could be done with calling exactly at their specified time of 8AM. The staff are helpful, doctors knowledgeable and caring. Nothing more I could ask from a GP

An outdated GP. When I joined was superb but lately going downhill. Dr Ali Hussain slow and more busy being served coffee during f2f appointment. Surely should have waited for his break to make coffee rather than female admin to knock, disturb and give. Only decent GP interactions I have had so far is with Dr. Cheeroth, Dr Osman Ali and Dr May but very hard to get an appointment with them. Referrals have been made on my behalf to be seen but are ignored or apparently not in the system when chased. A duty doctor been called a few times on my behalf and even then they fail to contact me. Filled in form form patient access. Lost form twice! Still waiting to be registered. Online consultations take more than a week! Some cases waited up to 3 weeks and had a call at 9pm!! Phone call opened 8am but once answered all available slots taken for the day so call again tomorrow but same thing repeats! So hard to get a consultation call backon the day that you end up having to go A&e. I will be making an official complaint then again they'll probably somehow cover it up and say complaint 'lost'.

I have only positive words for service I receive at this practice. All the staff are warm always, professional and welcoming. Its a pleasure to make contact especially when you are not feeling well and need attention from a doctor. Let's hope this level of service continues.

My mother is 76 and has been quite unwell with a complex set of conditions, her symptoms of issues have been getting worse since January and we've been pushed between pillar and post between services, she sadly ended up in a&e which we believe was avoidable if community services actually listened and provided proactive early intervention support. We then had a GP appointment with Dr Hussain, who took his time with mum and me (daughter) to talk though all of her results. He did a full medication review which has had an immediate positive effect. He looked at mum holistically rather than one thing at time. He talked through next steps clearly, with respect and compassion for my mum. We are incredibly grateful for this and there is now a care plan in place

I don’t understand why the reviews on this place are so low - I had such a great experience with Dr Akhter today. She really took the time to listen and understand my concerns and was in no hurry to get me out the door, a true professional. The reception staff were so friendly and sent me all my relevant information for my prescription over straight away and even helped me with directions to the pharmacy that my prescription had been sent to as I hadn’t been before . Thank you for all of the amazing work you do, you all really brightened up my day.

I am so grateful to have Dr. Hussain as one of my GP. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains everything in a way that's easy to understand. Dr. Hussain's compassionate and thorough approach makes me feel valued as a patient. Unlike other GPs who often rely on telephone consultations, Dr. Hussain prefers to provide face-to-face visits when needed, allowing for a more thorough and accurate consultation. This is especially important in cases of serious illness, where personal interaction is crucial. What I appreciate most is that Dr. Hussain doesn't just focus on one issue at a time; he takes the initiative to check for other potential concerns during a visit. This shows how much he cares and also reduces the need for multiple appointments. Dr. Hussain is also very efficient with his time but never sacrifices the quality of care—he manages to be both quick and effective in addressing my health concerns. Even though it can be challenging to get an appointment, which is an issue with the NHS overall, the care I receive from Dr. Hussain makes it worth the wait. The clinic is always clean, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Hussain to anyone looking for a caring and competent GP. He truly is the best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
