The service I received at Goring hall was fabulous, Phoebe who checked me in was amazing as were all the nurses, always went the extra mile for me. So supportive and caring. The hospitality was great and tasty unlike most hospital food. My surgeon was incredible, as were the anaesthetists. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was seen quickly with no waiting around, which made the process so much smoother. Every member of staff I encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. I was kept well-informed throughout my stay and felt truly looked after. I required hernia surgery. It was excellent, the surgeon Mr Singh spent a lot of time explaining the operation procedure. The anaesthetist was also excellent also spending time to explain what was going to happen and how I would feel after the operation. The nurses were all first class making sure I was OK and continually checking that I was alright in a very cheerful manner which calmed me before and after the operation. Finally the catering lady was excellent making sure I had plenty to eat and drink. So in conclusion I would like to thank everyone for the care and attention during my stay in hospital

Attended for scan - doctor and nurse were great. Helpful kind and thorough with explainations. Attended the following week for day surgery that turned into an overnight stay. Everyone from the surgeon to the anaesthetist to the nurses to the lady that bought me my dinner were so kind and supportive and looked after me so well. Very grateful for the care and consideration thank you.

Well firstly the hospital is in a lovely location and has great potential, however.

The equipment is old, discoloured and not up to date with other hospitals. You would of thought paying such a high premium rate out of you're own pocket that you would get an amazing service with better equipment.

Both Jo and Dr Strukowska treated me with care, compassion and respect. They made me feel as comfortable as possible for the procedure and gave me all the information I needed to feel reassured. And no, I'm not sharing any photos!😉

Went in for a double shoulder scan today. Registered really easily, greeted by Jo who took me through to the scanning room, really friendly. Dr Mazrani, explained clearly what he was going to do. The scan was done professionally and with care. At the end of the scan a clear explanation was given of next steps.
Everyone was really friendly professional and genuinely caring.
Been to Goring Hall a few times and always a professional reassuring experience.

As a staff member, it would be easy to be brushed over, but this has never happened. Liz and Hannah have seen me twice in one week and have been superb. Not only have they kept my anxiety somewhat at bay but they’ve been very knowledgable and caring. Sharon and Charlotte on the desk are, as always, very helpful and efficient. Thank you girls for making a rubbish time, somewhat more bearable xx
