Excellent in every way- perhaps an in store drop in box for perscriptions would be an idea as a lot od people go to the Spar and then return- just a thought

Went to Gordons for simple moisturiser that cost more then I thought but an employee from another branch Helen had found the same product for cheaper. Staff were lovely hope Helen’s work is rewarded!

This is a very busy pharmacy, however the staff are very helpful. The pharmacists are working flat out , yet are always polite and courteous . I’ve just had one bad experience , when a member of the floor staff was curt and abrupt with me, but hey we can all have bad days

Looking for DIABOLICAL customer service Gordon's Ashbury is the place for you. Left a script in to be filled on a Thursday. Was informed it wasn't in stock but they would order it for me and would be their the following day. Left my mobile no to contact me. I waited 1 week no phone call.went to the store and was told the brand wasn't available and it wasn't in store for me thats why I wasn't called. No apology offered and was given a generic off the shelf alternative. No explanation why i wasn't called and informed of this.Atrocious health care provider. The blind leading the blind, avoid like the plague.
