I can not disagree more with the last comment. My brother is resident in Hill Crest run by the same company. On my visits he always clean tidy and I am brought up to date with his status and condition. Furthermore I am contacted by management should they have anything medical or worries they may have about him. Their dealings with me are professional,and courteous . I appreciate all they do for my brother and even their time and effort keeping me updated.

Awful place I worry for the safety and happiness of the service users due to the poor management who do not seem to put the service users at forefront of the thoughts. I would not recommend Gordena care home to anyone quite the opposite in fact
