I had a 15 minute phone call the same day about my knee. I wasn't sure if I needed to do anything about it or not. The phone call was thorough and helpful and I was offered an appointment the next working day for a full assessment. The in-person assessment was fantastic. I saw Paul who is very knowledgeable about my particular underlying condition, was thorough and explained everything well. I was very happy with my assessment and will be back tomorrow for treatment.

Excellent customer service - I emailed at 7:30pm and had an appointment confirmed for the following morning. Modern surgery with plenty of consultation rooms, modern facilities, and off street parking. They diagnosed and started treating me in the first appointment, with full rehab plans emailed separately. The whole experience at Gophysio has been excellent. I got an appointment quickly. Following an in depth assessment by Roz, It was such a relief to get a full appraisal of what was causing my problems post surgery. And wonderful to have a clear plan of how to rectify the issues. I felt listened to, which left me feeling reassured and very confident that things would gradually improve.
