Kirsty put my nerves and insecure feelings at rest very quickly on my first visit of trying laser hair removal! Full explanation given before anything is decided, no rushing. I've now had 2 sessions of the laser and am gobsmacked at the smooth areas I already have, with patches of hair coming through slower and less noticeable, so much so that it has been 2 weeks since I've shaved my legs and underarms - quite a change from every other day! Kirsty is open to any and every question you may have about any treatments with real honest expectations set.
I have further bookings made with them and have recommended to friends and colleagues!
