I was worried when moving to the area, because my previous GP surgery was great.
But then..
The GP practice here could NOT be better. We have lovely caring and knowledgeable doctors, therapists and surgery staff. My child is very unwell and has been for a long time … nothing is too much trouble and their attention and attitude is exemplary. Thank you. You are all superstars!

Always had very good experience each time I visited the doctors.
However, after being diagnosed with a tumour on my kidney I was told to have regular scans to see if it grew.
I had a letter from Stafford hosp informing me they couldn't give me an app for a scan any time soon because they have a huge backlog.
After speaking to the GP I said I could go private for a scan , who said that was a good idea.
Unfortunately after getting the results, I was informed by the practice, they cannot look at this scan because it wasn't done by an NHS hosp.
In the mean time I have deciphered it myself but wish someone could tell me why this rule is in place when the NHS is in such a state.
It's too expensive to have anymore treatment privately but thought, having the scan would help.

Recently moved into the Gnosall area and have needed to attend the surgery several occasions for minor concerns. Today I needed to see someone urgently and they did their best to accommodate me despite having no available appointments. I can only comment on my experience but I have found all of the staff to be very pleasant, approachable and helpful. Thank you@

Shocking service from the Surgery once again today no appointments, emergency only and the same for tomorrow. No Doctors available and it’s not first time particularly at the end of the week. This standard is not acceptable and it only compounds the rush for patients to get an appointment.

terrible experience! just found out that there are some inaccuracies on my medical records made by one of the doctors who lied about the content of our phone consultation. What a crafty lying doctor!!! So if this is your surgery, ask a copy of your own data including the notes they write as they are crucial too! Very arrogant and not compassionate at all! Asking for a prescription is troublesome!!! I hope they change the doctors who don't practice ethical standards.
Negligently prescribed a medicine that caused seizures to my son who fell 3 times and many more injuries and damages as a result of the wrong medicine! The GP refused to take and record vital signs that are crucial before giving the medicine! Not remorseful and not apologetic for wrong prescription and mistakes! No compassion and arrogant!
Deliberately did not record other pertinent information!
If you have complaints, they’ll downplay it! They are even scared to write the accurate information of the meeting we had with them even the meeting was audio recorded!
A piece of advice, never have a meeting with these people without writing, audio or video recording it, so you’ll have enough evidence to take to the next level if they downplay your serious complaints and you’re not happy how they treated you!!!
if you have complaints do not send to the Surgery as they will downplay your complaints and will make you chase them! i was denied of care by refusing to prescribe short term antibiotics!!! arrogant and liars!!!
the only surgery that sells face masks that i have seen so far!
i requested for a copy of blood test, document collected inside a sealed envelope, when arrived home, the document is empty! No result, just name of the doctors!!! Front desk/receptionist rude too!!! They like to waste their own time and the patients time!!! When I requested, I was at the GP already and the receptionist who was rude told me to make a call the next day just to request a document!!! Unbelievable!!! Where is the logic? Receptionist wanted me to call on the time that GP is going to be busy for emergencies!!! What a time waster!!!

Terrible service. I have been calling surgery to arrange an urgent appointment. Called at 8.30 for 4 days, waiting around 30 - 40 mini an queue and told called back and so space. ON e5th day I got appointment. I arrived 15 min prior, no one was where! No patients. My appendment was running 15 min late. In 30 min no new patients arrive, 2 patients left and .. how can they are so busy.. It was around 11am so no lunch time. Bad surgery or jut bad NHS?
