Terrible terrible place! , took a month just to get an appointment and the GP was clueless about my history and the admin team did not bother to update my file with the latest letter from a private GP I had to go to and that was sent over a month ago, so naturally the GP I saw at Glenlyn had no idea or care for that matter about what this was for or tried to investigate why my files are missing as he could not find anything on my file

Update to their reply, there is nothing inaccurate about my review, the gp i saw at Glenlyn had no access to the previous notes from the private gp at all and could not understand why they were not on file despite Glenlyn confirming they have been received, by the time an appointment was booked a month! after my private appointment I had given up and went private to see a consultant, I maintain this medical center is terrible and the appointment that was made for me a month later was pointless and the gp had no access to my latest records!

This GP should be reported for malpractice, their triage system is absolutely flawed and useless - my mother visited several weeks back for chest pain but she was seen by a nurse who simply dismissed it. She later found out, after being admitted the hospital and undergoing symptoms identical to that of a heart attack, that she had pericarditis, which could've been treated much early on had it been detected by a GP, and not some nurse with limited knowledge. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of care and consideration that this practice is demonstrating towards their patients, when something so preventable led to my mother nearly losing her life.

One of the disgusting receptionist Staff. Very soon i will change my gp. When i called to gp for appointment in the Middle of conversation she cut the phone call neven call me back. I wait in the call for half and Hour.After that she was aggressive which the patients cannot expect.totally disgusting recommended don’t registered with them.they should be professional

Useless, you barely get a reply and the replies you get a lot of the time aren't helpful.

They always want you to have your appointments at giggs hill even when there are spots at glenlyn, also the nurse practitioners half the time don't even read qhat you have put in regards to what is wrong.

I wish I was in the catchment area for Vine surgery.

Recently I have had really pleasant experiences, I don’t have any trouble using the online appointment system and have had really great experiences with nurse practitioners. I understand Glenlyn service can sometimes be frustrating but I will always give credit where credit is due. I am very thankful to have a local surgery where most of the time I can get the help I need. Sometimes yes they are full and can’t help but we can’t expect them to help everyone every time

We will give a review of 0 if there was an optiom. Just an awful staff and pathetic service. Always book an appointment with nurses when GP is needed. We called 111 to discuss our health condition, 111 booked an appointment with the clinician. After speaking to clinician they booked face to face appointment with the GP at Glenlyn Medical Center. Upon reaching there they said there is no appointment booked and they don’t have any GP available for the appointment either. So disappointed with their behaviour and attitude towards their patient.

It is extremely difficult to get an appointment at this practice. It's a shame as I have been at this practice for nearly eighteen years and the care has been good. However, I believe it is under new management and they no longer allow you to make a phone call to arrange an appointment, neither do they allow you to turn up at the practice to make an appointment. they have created an online messaging system that can take up to 48 hours to receive a response. They appear reluctant to grant in person appointments. The system appears to be (if you are lucky) to receive a call from a GP who may or may not determine whether you will be granted an appointment. I have been waiting to be seen/or spoken to for nearly two weeks. I have been exchanging messages with the surgery during this time. I have called 111 and have even went to the Walk In centre at Teddington. The doctor at the centre felt that I needed to be seen by my GP without delay and sent a message immediately and asked me to go to the practice. I went to the practice and the receptionist saw the message from the walk in centre and was sympathetic and squeezed me in for a call from the doctor two days later. Unfortunately as luck would have it when the doctor called we were only able to have a brief conversation as the line cut off and I did not receive a call back which was disappointing to say the least. I have since messaged the practice, but am yet to receive a response. I appreciate that there is a shortage of doctors at the moment. There are a number of doctors in my family and I have the greatest respect for their service. That said, they need to put patients first and be held accountable. I have spoken to a number of friends and colleagues who are at the practice and they have similar experiences/concerns. As such I am amazed as to how the Care Quality Commission quality report rates the service as "GOOD". I can only think that it is out of date.

The most rubbish GP ever . I have never witness a service as poor as this GP’s receptionists in the whole 20 years of being registered in 5 different GP across kingston , new malden .
It is shocking how nothing is possible to gain from their services .
I have wanted to formally complain to nhs about them and about their team at the reception but don’t see any options on their website . This is absolutely devastating and they need to shut down if they can’t give the local community an access to nhs services
