Our first experience with care services was with Gill Healthcare, and they made it a truly memorable one. From the very beginning, the team was professional, kind, and dedicated—always working to meet the needs of both our family and the individual receiving care.

Everyone we came into contact with, whether directly involved in care or through communication with the office, was consistently polite, respectful, and professional. They were easy to reach, responsive, and incredibly adaptable, which made the whole process so much smoother for us.

Carers were pleasant and kind, when they turned up! Mostly late, but I understand that their workload is unachievable. 62.5% attendance rate in the first 2 weeks.We got dumped this morning. "We cannot accommodate you anymore ". The owner is a joke. Totally incompetent and unable to organise cover. They are supposed to still offer support until another care provider is found. Big fail on their part. DON'T EMPLOY THEM.

Mother left hospital 10 days ago and had no response from them at all..they accepted a package of care for my ill mother but never bothered to call after making promises to call me back...8 voice mail left on their office number and also spoke with Gill herself on her mibile number but never called me back..emails were sent to them by the complex care team at royal blackburn hospital to remind them and again never responded...shame on them leaving my 87 year old mother with no night care..very unprofessional serviece.
