Picking up from past owners of a struggling pharmacy is never easy, but these guys are doing a brilliant job of turning the ship around. They are helpful and give great service. My wife was prescribed a cream and the doctor at the university medical centre warned her that she might find it hard to get hold of it. We walked next door to Giles Lane Pharmacy and they had stock!
Give them your support, the place really is under new ownership and they are making a great difference.

This pharmacy and the team are just fantastic.
They always respond efficiently and effectively to requests for information, I primarily use them for regular repeat prescriptions for my parents. There are occasions where they have absolutely gone above and beyond to ensure medication arrives to my parents before their stocks run out. Their service is personable and person centred. I am so grateful, knowing they are so good at their jobs takes pressure off the significant responsibility of overseeing my parents care.

Vaccine booster. I've had a lot of injections from a lot of Dr's and nurses over the years but that was quite possibly the smoothest and most painless ever - I had to check she'd actually done it! Vaccine specific review but really is an 'all around' great team, so very welcoming, polite and helpful. for all your pharmaceutical needs, if you aren't registered there and can be, do.

We're very grateful to have such an efficient and well run Pharmacy, right next to our University Medical Centre.
The staff are always friendly and extremely professional. They organise medication requests very quickly and will arrange to call you at home after a few days if you're about to start new medication. My husband received such a call and the pharmacist spent time explaining the new drug and answered all his questions clearly and patiently. We were very appreciative. Many thanks to all the excellent staff who work at the Pharmacy.

These guys are very kind and really will do everything they can to help you. When we struggled to get medicine for my young child, they kindly went next door changed the prescription and made sure he got the correct medicine but, in a different form that could be provided instantly. We have appreciated their great service ever since. Additionally, they will advise you if the medicine that you’ve been prescribed is cheaper to buy than to pay the prescription charges. I would 100% recommend this pharmacy.
