I've always got an appointment I suffer from mental health issues and I am disabled I'm 70 years old and live on my own from Reception to Drs and Nurses they care for me so well I can't fault them at all Thank you so much for all that you do

You have more chance getting an appointment with the Queen than getting appointment see a Doctor at this place. Yet another case of Broken England. The joke is, they have adverts on the Radio telling you to have your Prostate cheeked by Doctor not much chance of that at this surgery. I need a covid-19 booster but Alas you will (never ever) get one at this place because you cant see a doctor and they would send you to a bloody Boots the Chemist to get one so, what is the point of the medical profession if you cart ever see a Doctor.. a very sad state of affairs.

Worse doctors in the world considering they are supposed to have a duty of care...
I suffer with depression and severe anxiety issues following the death of my late partner...

I have been coming here since 2015 and never really had any issues until recently when they just randomly removed off the system for no reason what so ever clearly knowing my antidepressants are essential to me..

I need my medication at a time where I'm very low in life and these people have stopped me from being able to get access to it leaving me in a very vulnerable position

Since this my mental health has severely deteriated to the point that I have almost felt suicidal because these bunch of careless idiots thought it was a good idea to just take people of the system without reason or warning when I have been going here for five year and not allow them access to there much needed medication... 6 weeks I have been without while i try to register to another doctors...

Never use these people there careless and the staff are rude and can't do there job...
The place should be shut down...

Doctors are lovely, but called saying the mental health crisis team weren’t picking up (had been trying to get through all morning) and they suggested I call the Samaritans 😂
