Unfortunately i cant remember their names ,the male and female. (Will i think) Amazing customer service for someone who freaks out at the sight of needles. Booked in last min for the 1st time for an iv drip and vit D n B shots.
Definitely going back
Aside feeling sore started seeing the results straight away.

I am writing this review based on my experience of getting a Vitamin D injection. Overall I do not recommend Get A Drip. Worryingly, like the last review, I also received a blown vein when the Get A Drip staff member inserted the needle. Even more worrying, the staff member had nothing to mop the blood so asked another staff member to "pass the gauze" who then proceeded to remove one hand from their well used iPad and pass the gauge without disinfecting, washing or using gloves on their hands. I was shocked at the lack of awareness regarding administering needles.

The actual treatment plan was also overpriced. They recommended a loading dose of 150k followed by 6 fortnightly 120k doses - totalling £875! Based on my doctor's recommendation 300k every 6 months is sufficient (based on the rest results from Get A Drip). This typically costs £55 per injection elsewhere.

For Vitamin D injections, based on the the regular occurence of burst veins and ridiculous over pricing at get a drip I would recommend go elsewhere.

The staff was very nice but I went for my frist IV experience and they first burst my vein on my left arm and then in my right arm the IV ended up getting into my arm instead of my vein and swelled up all my inner arm. I did mention it felt off and they said it was fine until it became obvious it was not. Now both my arms are bruised and sore. The staff was very apologetic about it but given I already am not great aroudn needles this really put me off ever getting an IV drip ever again.

I had the pleasure of visiting Get a Drip today and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The team, especially Sara, was extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything and made us feel very comfortable. We got the energy drip and it was one of the best wellness experiences my wife and I have had. We left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend Get a Drip to anyone looking for high-quality wellness services in a warm and welcoming environment. Cryotherapy is terrifying for the first 30 seconds due to the shock of the cold then the next two and a half minutes are blissful. I stepped out of the chamber feeling more alert, vibrant, and the pinched nerve in my neck had all but disappeared. Highly recommend booking a session.
