Been to this lovely salon twice now and have booked in a third time! I’ve been for a facial and anti wrinkle and was incredibly impressed with the salon and friendliness and knowledge of the staff. I think at some point in the near future il have to treat myself to a massage too when I fancy some pampering. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this salon. It’s also in a lovely central location in the town as well.

I have had my hair blow dried by Amber twice. She is really lovely and did me a really beautiful blow dry with curls. My hair is really thick and it always lasts a few days. I will be coming back again. Thank you. X

Lovely service, felt comfortable as Gina was very kind and professional, gave me good genuine suggestions and my hair colour looks lovely. I am new to Edenbridge ( once we moved it's been lock downs and also my pregnancy etc) . Finally have found a hairdresser local who seems to get my curly hair needs and she came out kind and committed. Recommend her big time people!

So happy I gave Gina’s salon a go! Gina and team are so lovely, friendly and knowledgeable!! I’m so happy with my hair, the colour Gina picked is perfect, exactly what I asked for and more, my hair is also shiny and smells amazing!! The salon is clean and I love the boutique vibes!!! I went here for an LVL lash lift and had so many things go wrong. I really wouldn’t recommend using them beauty services.
* Attended for patch test, the woman didn’t know what to test but said she found it and did patch test of only one solution, later we have found out it should have been 3
* upon the lash tint, my eyes started burning & she left it on anyway for 2 min just fanning my eyes
* once the procedure was finished only one of my eyes had lifted, I raised this and was told they didn’t have time to sort it out, and I had to come back 5 hours later which ruined my day
* attended to have it re-done and it still didn’t lift (have had done many times before)
* they refunded me and offered to do a third time which I declined as surely that’s very bad for your lashes
* 3 days later I developed intensely itchy eyes and have suffered chemical burns on both my lash lines. The underneath was blistered and red raw, with the blisters popping and skin coming off into my eyes. My vision always affected for 2 days where I could hardly drive
* now, 4 weeks later my eyes are intensely dry. I have to use eye drops 4 times a day which I never had to do before.

I’m absolutely gutted that I chose to book here and that this is what’s happened. When I raised it after the second treatment, I was told that I ‘booked with a junior person’. Actually no, I booked with someone you have hired to do a treatment and they should be competent to do it.

I've had my hair cut twice now by Faith and she's done brilliantly with my curly hair! Really nice cut and also I always feel very looked after - would definitely recommend.
