It would definitely be better if you were told and kept updated when the dentist is running late for an appointment. Every time I have had an appointment I have been kept waiting for 30-45 minutes, but none of the receptionists inform you when you arrive. There is a lot of chatting amongst themselves but no interaction with the patients. The constant emails and text messages and phone calls to remind you of your appointment is not necessary, surely one call or message is all that is required. The dentist is professional, but it’s all about selling other products.

Currently having some dental work done by James and his lovely nurse Becky. The whole experience has been first class from start to finish . The numbing injections have been so pain free and the best I have ever had. James and Becky work so well together and the banter is always good. Thank you both for an excellent experience.

Wow wow wow. From the second I went for a smile makeover consultation it felt like it was meant to be. Amazing prices, lovely state of the art dentist rooms, friendly and knowledgable staff and appointments when needed. Simona and her staff have made me feel so much more confident with my new composite veneers , starting with the teeth I had to what were at now 3/4 of the way through my journey I didn’t think was possible. They have access to an amazing lab that makes the veneers and they are just incredible! I have never been made to feel less because my teeth were awful, they’ve listened, discussed, given a treatment plan within my budget and just gone above and beyond.

I brought my two daughters, 6yo and 1yo for a checkup at Genix. My eldest was a little bit nervous about visiting a new dentist, but was put at ease straightaway by a lovely dentist who made her feel very comfortable and did a good examination. He was also very patient with my youngest too. Very impressed with the service and the lovely friendly staff. Place was immaculate, and the waiting area was very comfortable too!

I was very happy with my visit to Genix yesterday. Everyone was friendly, efficient and pleasant. Omar was very thorough and explained everything about the process and had a friendly manner which puts you at ease. His assistant was brilliant with a friendly pleasant attitude. Coming to a dentists appointment is not something that anyone looks forward to but in their capable hands it was a breeze, keep up the good work.

Staff polite and helpful. The check up itself could have been clearer. I left unsure of whether the comments made were advisory or essential. I suddenly seemed to need much more treatment than I have needed for years, which is odd when my habits, diet etc. haven't changed. I also found it odd that a problem I do have was not mentioned. It doesn't give one much confidence.

I arrived 6 minutes late for my appointment through no fault of my own and the receptionist said I couldn’t be seen as it would make the dentist over run so I had to make another appointment. I was offered one 2 hours later but was unable to take this up because of other commitments. Another appointment was arranged and I arrived promptly for this and was kept waiting for more than 15 minutes after my appointment time as the dentist was ‘over running’. Another patient arrived about 10 minutes late and was told to wait, not sent away as I had been. It’s a round trip of 20 miles. I also received an email saying as I had ‘failed to attend’ (I did attend but was slightly, unavoidably late) and stating that if I failed to attend again I could be removed from their NHS list. Had they seen me on my original appointment the dentist may have run 6 minutes late for a time but would clearly have made that time up by the later appointment they offered me. It is quite usual to wait 10 minutes or more after appointment times so I feel I was unfairly treated and had a wasted 20 mile round trip journey and time out of my day. I understand dentists are under a lot of pressure but feel I was unfairly treated. Once I got see the dentist it was fine
