i need to cancel my health insurance , i am not satisfied for general and medical health insurance , i am effect bad pain and my ill but this private health insurance not help for my private treatment, it's totally waste of money and my time .also my health condition daily down i am unable to get the treatment
please cancel the insurance and refund the money bank i need to complain the financial osban about this issue . I tried to talk with the adviser but I was unable to reach any one last week. Also, I called customer service about the issue and they said I need to send the complaint by writing so I am totally disappointed about this insurance . i am not recommended this insurance

Don't waste your money. Awful claims process and then when they refuse your claim they will threaten you financially if you dare try to cancel your policy / direct debit.
