Honestly it’s similar to any other GP I’ve been with in the UK. NHS run, does the job but doesn’t deserve a diabolical rating. Attended a few times

Lazy and unprofessional receptionist. Not helpful or flexible at all. Seems does not bother at all if a 9 days old baby has any problem. Disgusting and shameful.Jane, you should find a 9 to 5 job in a storehouse if you have not any empathy toward the patients.

Amazing, kind, helpful staff. The reception staff are always very polite and willing to help. The doctors and nurses are incredible too. I moved to this surgery after a very unpleasant experience at my old surgery and I couldn't be happier with the help I've received.

Waited 80 minutes on phone for urgent advice on 87 year old parents. Finally reached number one in the queue only for the annoying music to change to even more annoying music and I realised that they must have gone home for the evening. I was 8th in the queue at 5.15 so they average 10 minutes per reception phone call. Is there only one person working there? I am appalled. There appears to be no other way to speak to anyone. No wonder parents refuse to even try to visit their doctor. There must be some serious neglect of elderly patients in Fulbourn.

Absolutely no compassion or understanding whatsoever. Data protection nightmare (usernames and passwords written down on sticky-notes stuck to computer monitors).

The ENT specialist I saw did not feel like an ENT specialist, they did a basic nystagmus test and kept asking me one question repeatedly as if they did not believe me despite the answer being within the letters from my old specialist that were provided to them.

I felt like the appointment was rushed and I did not feel that they addressed everything that they were supposed to. I have hearing loss and every other ENT I have seen have understood this and have removed their mask to enable me to lip read/avoid muffling their voice so I can understand them better- this specialist did not and I misunderstood a significant amount of what they said. While the decision to remove a mask in order to adapt to the patient's needs is the specialist's decision at the end of the day, I feel that this could have been handled better.

Disgusting place, they scheduled a subscription for 11:00, the doctor came only at 12:00, waste of time

We registered with the practice when we moved to Fulbourn four years ago.My husband Roger and
myself have nothing but praise for the doctors nurses and the lovely friendly receptionists.
A year ago our world was turned upside down when Roger was diagnosed with bladder cancer.
It is due to a prompt referral to Addenbrooke's by the GP that it was caught in the early stages and although it was an aggressive form it hadn't spread outside the bladder.
The care and support we had and continue to have from everyone at the health centre is so much
appreciated, nothing is ever too much trouble our grateful thanks to them all.

Very uncompassionate staff- whether it is receptionist or GP. Called for advice many times and they have been raising their voice to the patients. They shouldn't be working in the healthcare sector.
