I visited the salon for the first time for a cut and blow dry with Katie and the experience was excellent from start to finish!
I had a friendly welcome from Jackie on the reception and was offered a drink and shown through to the waiting area. The salon is beautifully decorated, with a great atmosphere and lots of tasteful touches.
Katie made me feel at ease during my consultation and gave me helpful advice. She made a fantastic job of the cut and style and was great to chat to.
Lola, the Salon Director also made a point of checking in to make sure I was happy with everything, which I certainly was! I would highly recommend this salon and will definitely be returning!

Been coming here for a long time and it's always a pleasure catching up with Lola. We have gone through many styles and colours over the years and she has always advised and guided me on what's best for my hair. Lola is such a lovely person who will listen to what you want and always aims to get that look you are after. She is kind, caring and always had an ear to listen whether your having a good or a bad day. The whole team are friendly and kind making you feel like one of the family, nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Thank you all ☺️

I always receive a very warm and friendly welcome at the salon. Lola, Kevin and myself discussed my colour and cut while Karen prepared a delicious hot chocolate. The salon is very comfortable and has a relaxing atmosphere. As always I’ve left with a smile on my face, totally thrilled with my finished look - thank you Francesco Eccleshall 💕

I visited Francesco's in Eccleshall last Saturday 18th Jan. I'd left it late booking and from the minute I walked in Jacky and Lola made me feel right at home and found me an appointment on my preferred date .

I was lucky to have Lilia for my colour and Ayleshe to cut and style my hair they were both lovely ! they made choosing a colour and style really easy and stress-free.

I have quite thick hair with a mind of its own and I often don't feel completely happy after visiting the hairdressers, I'm very picky about my parting looking even and natural when having foils and it was perfect 🙂 I can honestly say I loved my hair !!!

Ayleshe is just amazing at what she does, she always makes me feel so welcome and listens to what I want. When it comes to styling at the end I always give free rein as Ayleshe always creates a beautiful style that gets compliments from everyone I meet after. I love this salon, it’s a place where I can relax and enjoy myself and am always made to feel welcome by all of their staff.
