Brilliant service. I used the online booking form and within an hour I had a call back and appointment booked the same day. The Doctor I saw was brilliant and made me feel very comfortable talking to her. The reception staff I spoke to were also really nice.

Attended the practice a few days ago for my COVID and flu boosters. I arrived early for my appointment and was seen early. The nurse was extremely courteous and professional. And I didn't feel a thing !

My wife Marjorie and I didn't have to wait for our jabs, but we're seen at once. The staff were friendly and helpful and the flu & COVID jabs were almost painless.
We both had some reaction this year, which is usually not the case. We think this is down to the vaccine, not the nurse.

Appointment at 9.20, seen at 9.40 ish. I wasn't in a rush so it didn't matter; however it would have been nice if the nurse could have apologised for the delay. The nurse was friendly and I was in an out quickly once I had, had my health matters completed. Foxhill is generally a good medical centre to attend. Appointments are usually arranged fairly quickly with the new online booking system.

Appointment was on time plus Kelly arranged for 2 vaccinations at the same time to save having to return to the surgery one hour later and another on Friday much appreciated

Had my Covid vaccination here. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the pharmacist who gave me my vaccine was very thorough and even helped me with some blood test results and medication questions while I was there.

I have been with the Foxhill practice for 36 years and whilst there has been little niggles regarding changes to drop in surgery, getting appointments and digital selection, I personally have found it a fairly straightforward process but I do think it’s also fair to say that I can see the process being difficult for the older generation, all in all I have found the practise very warm and friendly.

Booked for ‘flu’ jab. All went perfectly, efficient and swift. Really lovely to see Donna back at the surgery albeit on an ad hoc basis.
