Floris is an awesome person friend and instructor, knowledgeable about fitness and health.Owns a lovely gym premises that always people to come along at their own times to look after their own wellbeing.
Very approachable ready to support you in your fitness goals.
Why not join the best gym in scottish Borders to become part of Fox Fit family. I have and love it.

Fox fit is a great gym with lots of different equipment to choose from including cardio, free weights and different fitness classes available for everyone to attend. Floris the owner, is a lovely lady and is there to help with anything you need. There is a quiet yoga room draped with lights that has a very calming atmosphere which is great for stretching after a work out. I've enjoyed being a member with fox fit and look forward to improving my health and fitness over the next few years. 5 stars!

I've been going to the amazing Floris since bootcamp started in the woods and wouldn't go anywhere else. She is an amazing lady, so knowledgeable, always encouraging and just generally an amazing human being.
The gym is welcoming, really well equipped offering a wide range of equipment to use and a great range of classes to do.
I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.keep doing what you do Flo!! Xx

I would recommend Fox fit, Floris is amazing and a great trainer. Since being at fox fit I have seen a big difference in my fitness and body shape. Floris gives you alot of support and confidence in her classes especially if your not keen going to gyms or fitness classes so fox fit would be perfect for you.

Floris is so much more than a PT to me, she is a fabulous friend and cheerleader. She is just such a positive and welcoming soul...if you work hard under her guidance you will see results. I certainly have: I eat better, have a better mindset, sleep better, enjoy exercise and would recommend her to anyone wanting to make changes to their lifestyle.

Since going to fox fit gym I've finally found a gym that I feel comfortable and safe in, a judgement free zone with a brilliant supportive owner. As a PT, Flori is super supportive, knowledgeable, and a great person to have a chat with. I definitely recommend this gym.

Floris is a fantastic PT. She is encouraging, motivating and totally non judgemental. We always have a good laugh and she definitely makes fitness enjoyable. The gym is well equipped and a good space for working out in. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get fitter.

Foxfit is an amazing place to workout! If like me you don’t enjoy entering these big gyms as you’re not sure what you’re supposed to be doing, then this is defo the place for you! Floris the owner is very knowledgeable and always happy to help.
Whether it’s classes you want to join , or just a memebership to go and do your own thing or even help with nutrition & weight loss I highly recommend coming here! Get in and check it out! 🤩
