Although not a customer or patient of this pharmacy I still felt that I wanted to leave a review.
I had the pleasure of being in this pharmacy yesterday and I have to commend the staff working here as being friendly, welcoming and super efficient. Derek, Aaron, Michelle and Deb were all there yesterday and I witnessed every one of them go above and beyond for patients showing a level of care rarely seen these days.
Keep up the good work guys, I hope your community and bosses appreciate and reward you !

Changed to this pharmacy from the rude staff at Widnes late night pharmacy. They are absolutely lovely in here. Polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, prescriptions sorted in minutes rather than days and days at the Widnes one. Very happy I changed to here

In my experience this chemist is really good for me and my family, very helpful, some staff ask, if" I'm OK "and just chat for a minute, makes it abit more personal than just a number, it makes a big difference to some people, I know some people aren't keen on the pharmacist but I will be forever grateful because he went above and beyond to help my husband who was diagnosed with terminal cancer and he was there for us to talk to him if we needed additional support and we did, even after my husband passed away.
THANK YOU, IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS YOU REMEMBER.

If you don't like this chemist go somewhere else,I'm sure they wouldn't be offended, they can't please everybody, simple.

Phone keeps ringing out. No one ever answers. Then all of a sudden it's engaged for the rest of the night, even though the chemist is still open
Rude.
Some people are not well and have prescriptions to pick up. Inconsiderate humans.

I have been using this chemist for years and always got my medication in blister packs but this time when I received it it wasn’t blister packed . I phoned up and got the rudest man I have ever spoken to , when I enquired about not having blister packs I got an “who are you? “ then he started to tell me that I don’t have a lot of medication and do I need them blister packed as it a want not a need !!! As it’s a lot of extra work for the staff . He was so rude I was taken aback as I certainly wasn’t expecting to be spoken to like that . How they have any custom I will never know if he carries on speaking to people in that way . I’m totally shocked by his attitude.

The pharmacy staff are really helpful & informative. I had a query on a one off prescription that I needed to call them about today & nothing was too much trouble. The pharmacist was great, answering my queries & offering information which was a massive help. I know there is a problem trying to access many stocks of medications, but I was reassured when I called them today, that I could come in & they would sort it out for me. Their help was so appreciated, thanks to all of the staff 🙏

This chemist is an absolute joke every time I pick up my prescription it's wrong costing me my time and my money, constantly ringing my doctors to see who's at fault? Always the chemist's fault, even tried to blame me what tablets were missing, as I say its a joke no organisation boxes everywhere and even give me some one else's tablets!!! Not good forget to mention the arrogant main pharmacist who thinks the world owes him something, the main pharmacist Derek simpkins needs anger management training.
