The worst experience! They don’t want to give any appointments, and if they do, it’s only a phone appointment. I had an infection and was told to contact my GP, but the GP told me to go to a pharmacy and buy medicine. Don’t go there—try a different GP!

Worst experience and can assure I will never set foot in this surgery ever again . If I could give it a minus I would. First time ever getting bloods was a disgrace, no set up just a needle on desk no conversation,6 attempts not even asking if I was okay never ever had bloods take in such an unprofessional manner . Can never get a prescription on time, or get it right and prescribe you anything that comes off the top of there head. Reception staff don’t have a clue no wonder people get frustrated.
Management I’m not even sure if that’s what you can call her, think she goes by the name Gillian - very mouthy and loves to give a lecture over the phone yet will never see anyone face to face to deal with issues.
Supported my partner in a mental health appointment with “Aileen “ again would never step back in a room with her , pure ignorance and should be ashamed to call her self a mental health nurse. Did not familiarise her self with my partner or me, straight to the bad stuff - not what some one with mental health needs. I gave my opinion as she was taking away something that really helped without listening and she didn’t like the fact I spoke up . I was then put out for giving my opinion- she said I was shouting little did she know I was deaf and was only talking loudly. The “manager” was supposed to call my partner back to hear his side of this appointment and what went on but got nothing back no follow up was made or anything. Disgusting service and they wonder why people suffer mental health in the first place. Someone needs to take this place and its absolute shambles of a service further. Never been treated like this ever .

Worst doctors in Scotland by far! Takes months to get an appointment and when you finally do they don’t give a toss. Hospital has put through for me to be seen URGENTLY, although they obviously don’t know what that means as won’t give me an appointment but to keep phoning to try get one. Reception staff think they know it all and are just totally rude. Stay clear of this doctors isn’t worth the hassle, instead of helping and making you feel better they make you feel worse by adding stress and chucking you to the side!!

I had a well documented neck problem.
Yet vastly experienced Dr. Weardon twisted my neck hard and quickly, in front of a witness and he injured my neck.
I blame the manager Gillian for this, who was trying to say that my neck wasn't as bad as I was saying. She told Dr. Weardon her view, this was why he injured my neck, my strong opinion only.
Gillian is a horrid manager, my opinion only. If they got rid of Gillian I think that things would be far better for patients. Her Boss Nicola too. Gillian and Nicola do not even deserve one star.

Reception staff think they can diagnose you and fob you off to pharmacy. One mental health nurse who I haven't seen in a couple of yrs, i have just had my app cancelled AGAIN. Doctors reluctant to give you medication and give you lectures during phone consultation and can't get a face to face.

A shocking practice. Reception not interested. Wouldn't supply me with 'an unfit to travel document' for insurance purposes which I offered to pay for? Lazy reception staff, not interested in people, arrogance. Get another job that doesn't have you being nasty to sick customers.

Been with this surgery since living in Grangemouth. I have serious health conditions so need a lot of medical care and support and will always end up in hospital before the doctors ever get around to contacting you. I think their level of care is atrocious. I’ve been with a handful of different surgeries over the last 20 years and I have never experienced anything close to the way they are towards patients. Reception staff are caught in the middle of it all but can still be extremely rude and will quite happily accuse you of being abusive the moment you start becoming frustrated. It’s a wonder that this practice is still open. Some serious investigation needs to be done and the responsibility needs to be given to someone else. Some that cares and wants to actually help. They clearly don’t read their reviews otherwise they would do something about it. could go on complaining and moaning forever about the surgery but it won’t make a blind but if difference

Seen one of the nurses Jemma recently… what a breath of fresh air in this dump of a place! Really took the time to listen to my concerns and helped get me the right medication and explained what to expect going forward with the medication as I was nervous about starting hrt. Couldn’t recommend to enough people about seeing her if you can, just a shame she can’t deal with all the other problems as I’d prefer only dealing with her! Very patient and understanding and knows what she is doing!!
