My husband and I had a spa day here. The day was amazing, a superb venue, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.
We both enjoyed a light lunch with prosecco, which was ample for us, and it included pudding.
The spa was lovely, warm, and full of friendly, helpful staff.
Amber and Julia carried out our treatment at the spa. They were both so caring and kind and went out of their way to accommodate us both for dual treatment. I must say the massage was amazing, I fell asleep it was so relaxing.
I would definitely recommend the spa and all the facilities.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Matthew, Brooke and Kathryn stand out, but everyone was great. We were a large group but the staff coped very well. The New Year’s Eve gala was well arranged, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. At a large busy event the quality and service can suffer, but not here. I have a couple of minor gripes about the room - lots of lamps, but still very dim (older eyes need good light!), and no glass in the bathroom. Other than that the room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. All in all I had the best New Year’s Eve I’ve had in years!

We have just spent the weekend here celebrating one of our friends 60th birthday, we all had a brilliant time. ||The spa staff were amazing, we asked if the lady on spa reception (I can’t remember if her name was Paula/pauline) if she minded filming our friend walking into the spa as we all suprised her with this stay, she did this with no hesitation and was very polite and welcoming. My treatment was done by a lady named Louise she was absolutely lovely and made me feel really relaxed throughout the treatment. Thankyou spa staff and a big thankyou to Danika who made all the prior arrangements for us before our visit, very much appreciated. ||Kirsty was so good on the day she helped me with all our room bookings and she decorated the birthday lady’s room, it looked lovely and really made a difference. Thankyou to Andrea aswell who made the room arrangements prior to our arrival, we was a large party so it took some organising but it was a job well done. ||We did dine in the restaurant we had lunch included with our spa package and we had a table booked on the evening, the food and drinks were delicious. ||Breakfast before we left was lovely and the breakfast staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly with us. ||Overall our weekend was fantastic and we will be returning again. It was a much needed getaway. Thankyou All.

Lovely hotel.All staff were very friendly and helpful We had a problem with the window in our room and maintenance arrived within 5 minutes. When they couldn’t fix the window they liaised with the front desk and again within minutes we were moved to the room next door. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and it was very reasonably priced. Although we were booked for 2 nights we had to leave the next day due to a family emergency so didn’t get to use the Spa. All staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful & we look forward to returning again. Thank you to all the staff, you are a credit to the hotel.

Day trip to spa for a deep tissue massage, 3 months after giving birth after realising how much impact babies have on your back and shoulders. Spa is lovely, staff really friendly. Unfortunately massage not in any way deep tissue, I asked three times for it to be firmer, even to the point of asking them to imagine I was a 6ft rugby player but was basically a moving hands up and down massage. When I left back and shoulder just as tight as when I arrived. A little disappointing after the price paid.

I must say I stayed here over the christmas period and really enjoyed it I stayed with my husband and three daughters , the value for money was worth it, breakfast was nice, I loved my room, Amber is a fantastic member of staff in your cleaning department was so smiley and went above and beyond for us and helped to make our stay pleasant. Nothing was ever to much trouble for her.

I loved the spa area my girls loved it in the swimming pool & i thought the heated loungers were nice & the facilities.

Stayed here overnight on Saturday 30th November 2024. The room and hotel were fantastic. The facilities are brilliant with the pool spa, gym and golf all being top standard.
We had a lovely evening meal in the main restaurant. The food was beautiful.
All the staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially Harrison who looked after us in the restaurant. Will be going back soon, thank you.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary on 17th November. The hotel is lovely. Great location, warm, welcoming and relaxing and without doubt the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Every staff member we came into contact with was friendly and attentive and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The housekeeping team made a special effort in our room making a cute swan display out of towels and leaving a banner, balloons and a card for us. The spa and pool area is really relaxing. The restaurant staff made us a celebratory chocolate brownie dessert which was really cute. We have had a lovely, relaxing break and will definitely be back.
