What can I say about a service that Go's out of its way to lie about you .

Deliberate Rings up the wrong phone number . Even when you give them the right phone number.

They will still deliberately ring up with the wrong number, Many times .

And tell you that you re not Engaging with the servic. When they have delively rang up the wrong phone number.

Last year I thought I hand reached a whole new low with folly hall Mills. And there war to Discredit .

As an old service user trying to get back into the server .

I received a letter Hand delivered just a few days before Christmas,, saying that I hand missed an appointment at the start of November.

And that And less they heard for me , just a few days before Christmas . Them i would be Discharge .

Firstly I would like to point out that if they hand of send me out a letter in late Oct .

I would have gone to this appointment which I believed was supposed to be happening in early November.

It is hard to attend an appointment when you re not even told about it.

And this letter Which is a classic of there is send so late that you can not any think about .

Am sick and tired of non engagement phrase. From 2010 to 2019 I was engaging with them all of the time .

They have constantly put down a load of lies that I do not engage A load of lie s That I do not engage .

They make it hard for you To get back into the servic Even if you are struggling with your own mental health.

The amount of times I ve tried to get back into the service since 2019 Has been ridiculous.

They ve tried to pad up obstacles in every possible way to make it as difficult as possible.

I think they pick and choose who want to help And if you re not one of there Favourite

Then you re left out in a cold to suffer and probably to end up doing something Stupip Mental health should not be an exclusive club Where if you look and sound how they think you should sould .them you get treatment.

The service has been found poorly .

And is letting down far too many people that are left to suffe.

I have personally been left not been helpe to deal with really quite serious issu . And I know IM not the only one .

They clearly think that only certain people have the right to access their servic.

And for me this is holy unacceptable not just for my sake but for everybody else out there

useless, discharge you with no help, tell you to be referred to other teams like 2 hours away, these teams are specialist diagnostic services, not therapy and support for mental illness. got told due to autism can’t be helped, condescending on the phone at SPA, could be dead and you still wouldn’t be put on a waiting list for treatment from their service

I have been attending various services going back to when Links closed and Folly Hall opened. Everyone - the psychiatrist, the psychotherapist, the CPN have all been kind, caring, and very skilled at what they do. The auxillary staff like the reception desk are polite and attentive as to when you can go upstairs for your appointment.
The one negative comment is that the receptionist has been taken away from upstairs so the area is quite isolated and i cant think of any waiting area for people with all kinds of mental health that is like this. There are times when i have felt uneasy there depending on the behaviour of other people.

Another public service not fit for purpose, I attended an assessment, was told told I needed long term therapy. I was sent a letter with a number to arrange the therapy only to find they're not taking on new patients. I have now been discharged. I don't think it's an exaggeration to suggest they are putting lives at risk.

Fantastic service 👏 I want to say a massive thankyou to my therapist called sirena sampson for helping me through my dark times. I feel more confident I am not scared to get the right support. Sirena ur are one amazing lady she listened to me very well very politey spoken I have to say u are one of the best therapist I have spoken to. Thankyou so much for the help you have given me. i am now looking forward to a bright future 😀 😊 I highly recommend this service to anyone suffering from mental health.

Disgusted to hear a friend had his call hung up because he swore...not AT THE STAFF MEMBER "helping" him, but about his current situation. Another provider has said he's not suicidal enough. What do people do in these situations. Services like this are pushing people over the edge instead of pulling them back. Should be ashamed to call yourselves a psychology service! Vile. Note to self : do not use this service when suicidal!

I was on verge of suicide, went to GPs for help, then went to hospital. Made me appointment, at Folly Hall. I went there, and some prat, told me, I needed to move, that was it. He discharged me, after half an hour, and never heard, from them again. I have managed to move forward, with zero help/support, from Folly Hall. Utterly disgraceful service. Total waste of time.

Just been discharged for missing an appointment they never confirmed with me...
Been fighting for over a year to get a correct diagnosis and to be referred for the correct therapy (dbt) following at least 4 refferals to cbt where I was discharged without referral because my needs were too complex for cbt and told to sort my stuff out then refer myself...
I've self harmed and had A panic attack upon hearing about this.
Disgusted is an understatement, I've only given it a generous one star so I could leave this review
